It is said that New Snow Country has built three airports and bought more than 60 planes. So, how will the new snow country develop its aviation industry?

Taking the umbrella as a sharp weapon, we will drive rich and reluctant aviation enthusiasts (navigation is the current livelihood occupation) to carry out experience flights, actively develop general aviation, create regional commercial aviation conditions, expand all aviation-related industries, and actively create jobs.

We will actively promote industrial development by making use of the infrastructure of the aviation industrial zone determined by the master plan and the airport 1 (heliport) that has been built, the airport No.2 that will be built soon (general airport with runway 1000m) and the airport No.3 that is under construction (regional airport with runway of 2,600 m). In order to improve the status of the new snow country, we will attract airlines, clubs and aviation enthusiasts from all over the country and even the world to develop their careers, release their passion and create jobs with a fair, open and supportive attitude.

1. Actively improve the infrastructure required by the existing airport.

2. Actively study and follow up the preferential policies for industrial promotion promulgated and implemented by the state, and strive to provide all necessary services for aviation, aviation enterprises and aviation enthusiasts who have settled in New Snow Country.

3. The support mentioned in these Guidelines will be implemented by means of discount interest, subsidizing venue flight time, reducing or gradually exempting venue facilities and equipment use fees, including but not limited to obtaining preferential group purchase prices for airlines, flight companies and individuals who have settled in New Snow Country.

4. Make full use of the distance advantage created by Beijing North First Class Highway and Yanchong expressway which will be opened soon. In addition to actively promoting regular flights between Beijing North and developed areas, we should also make full use of the superior geographical position of the new snow country, which is located in the "ski holy land" and represented by the "grassland road", and open up special tourist lines to chartered flight.

5. Aviation is the most reproducible and expandable industry among the existing industries in New Snow Country. Actively radiate to the outside world and cooperate extensively to build China General Aviation Center with the same influence as the Capital Airport.
