The whole Luoxian Special Zone includes four towns, namely, Luojin, Xianfeng, Xiongshang and Doumanjiang, with a population of about 2,. The "Luoxian" where the tourists go refers to the collective name of two towns and places: Luojin City and Xianfeng County. Luoxian city is located in the frontier and coastal area, with convenient transportation, and the port ship transportation can reach all ports in the world. The railways and highways in the port area are connected with domestic and foreign cities in North Korea. Its wide-gauge railway can be connected to the Russian Far East, and the quasi-gauge railway can reach Tumen City in China, while the highway is only 48km away from the Quanhe Port in Hunchun, Jilin, China. Hunchun is the easternmost city in China, which belongs to Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province. On the lower reaches of Tumen River, Hunchun is the only border window city in China, bordering Russia and North Korea, and facing South Korea and Japan across the sea.
