Option 1: Clear IE cache

1. Open IE browser → click Tools → Internet Options → Delete :

Check all options → click OK → click OK in the confirmation window

Option 2: Install or upgrade flash

Open Computer Manager → click Software Management , enter "flash" in the search box → find the corresponding version and click install or upgrade (if you want to install, please click the down arrow and select repair.
