(3) To organize tourists to travel abroad, they should choose a reputable travel agency (hereinafter referred to as an overseas reception agency) established in the destination country according to law and conclude a written contract with it before entrusting them to undertake the reception work. Because, according to the practice of travel agencies, domestic travel agencies generally attract and form tour groups, which are received by travel agencies in destination countries after leaving the country.

Therefore, it is very important to choose overseas cooperative travel agencies. It is directly related to whether the tour group can successfully complete the overseas tour. It is a legal obligation for the travel agency to choose a reputable travel agency legally established in the destination country and sign a written agreement with it.
