Brief introduction of Xiamen Tourism Training Center

Since the independent operation of 1996, combined with the new situation of tourism development, the center has carried out a series of tourism education, training and talent development with industry characteristics, and formed a comprehensive development platform of tourism human resources based on tourism vocational skills training and quality improvement, with tourism human resources development as the core and tourism talent exchange service as the auxiliary.

While providing strong human resources support for the development of Xiamen's tourism industry, Xiamen Tourism Training Center has achieved leap-forward development, with two corporatized entities (Xiamen Xinlu Tour Guide Service Company and Xiamen Asia-Pacific Tourism Talent Development Center) and three brands (professional skill appraisal station, national computer high-tech application site and national professional qualification unified appraisal application site), and formed a "one-stop" of market planning, training evaluation, talent exchange and tour guide service according to departmental functions.

As a member of China Tourism Education Committee, vice president of Fujian Tourism Association Education Branch and director of Xiamen Tourism Association, Xiamen Tourism Training Center has established good cooperative relations with many tourism experts and scholars, and will continue to devote itself to the development and cultivation of tourism human resources in China. We are willing to carry out various forms of exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign tourism colleges, research institutes, tourism enterprises and institutions to promote the sustainable development of regional economy and tourism.
