3. Water supply planning

4. Drainage planning

5. Power planning

(2) Power supply selection and facilities

Linhuang 220 kV substation is planned to become the main power supply of the city.

The existing Erlonggang 35KV substation mainly supplies power for the new urban area. It is planned to build a 35KV substation in Xinhe District in the near future.

(3) Power grid planning

It is planned that the voltage level of urban power grid is110kv-35kv-10kv-380v and 220V, and a ring power grid system is adopted to improve the reliability of urban power consumption. 10KV line is located in the load center, and high-voltage connection modes such as switch station and distribution station are adopted to shorten the power supply radius and improve the power supply capacity.

(4) Laying method

Urban power lines should be planned and implemented in a unified way with urban roads and high-voltage line corridors. In the near future, the transmission lines above 10KV will try to use buried cables on the basis of the original pole lines. When laying power lines, they should be located in the east or south of the road.

6. Telecommunication planning

According to the service radius of 0.5 km, liquefied petroleum gas supply stations are set up, and each supply station supplies 5000-7000 households, which are transported to users through pipelines.
