This trip to Guilin encountered a once-in-a-century flood. Lijiang River is not beautiful, there is no reflection on the river, only water as fierce as the Yellow River. The beautiful Yangshuo was flooded by heavy rain, and the West Street was a mess after being swallowed up by the flood, which made people sad. Gudong Waterfall could have gone down the river, but not this time, because the water potential is too great, so we have to go there, watch its trend and listen to its sound. Although there is no beauty of wading, it is refreshing to feel the waterfall full of water and sound.
Although the scenery is beautiful, the shoes under my feet caught my attention. While looking at the scenery, we should also pay attention to the wetness under our feet. I am wearing a pair of sandals, but I can't slide up the mountain road. I went to a small shop to buy shoes. There are no shoes suitable for me. Helpless, I had to move forward carefully. Fortunately, with years of practicing Tai Ji Chuan's kung fu, I staggered under the control of the center, one foot slipped out and the other foot stabilized. This is entirely based on the strength of the abdomen and crotch. At the critical moment, you can see the effect of joint strength in the crotch where you usually practice boxing, thus saving the day.
Looking at the pedestrians around us, some are elderly, and everyone is fine. I was the only one who slipped, but the problem with the shoes was real. Any other questions? While watching the scenery, I realized the Tao, and I returned to the enlightenment boxing during the tour. I suddenly realized. I know, my body is loose and heavy, and it is generally not heavy. Climbing the mountain is too heavy for me, and climbing the third floor is too difficult for me. This reminds me that if someone holds hands with me, they will say that I am heavy. I understand that the slipperiness of shoes is one thing. When the shoes slip, they will sink, which will increase the gravity and aggravate the slip, so they will trip. However, I can't slide down because I am calm and have the situation under control. This is precisely because of kung fu, but also because of kung fu control. I began to relax after understanding the reasons for my heavy body.
Usually the shoulders are loose, the hips are falling, the weight is on the ground, and the ground is strong, so it also produces kung fu. In view of the slip phenomenon in this tour, I began to study the change from heavy to light. Where there is a will, there is a way. Walking and suddenly lifting your hips, like a hip bone hanging on both sides of a box bone, feels very light, walking cats. I'm thinking, isn't that what flying skills are like in martial arts? Try to lift your hips while swimming. It's fun to lift your hips lightly and heavy.
I also observed the internal qi, and the internal qi did not float with the lifting of the hips. What we often say is "breathlessness" is actually two layers of qi, one is for breathing, and the other is that the true qi sticks to the lower abdomen. It is precisely because we practice Tai Ji Chuan to relax, relax from top to bottom, feel calm and leisurely. It is because I loosened my feet and lifted my crotch that I felt light. After swimming in Gudong Waterfall, I swam in Yan Guan Cave. When I left the cave, I met a slippery road.
