Ten Days Travel Notes in Gannan

As soon as June entered, I couldn’t wait to come to Gannan with my colleagues. We flew from Tianjin to Xining at the end of May as the starting point for our trip to Gannan, and chartered a nine-seater car locally.

The first day, the ancient ruins of Bajiao City

The next day, we first visited Lapuleng Monastery

After visiting Lapuleng Monastery, we started from Xiahe and traveled along National Highway 345. Fortunately, we saw the snow-capped mountains. , it is still very exciting to see snow-capped mountains in summer.

It felt like walking on National Highway 318

It was the first time I saw green grass and snow-capped mountains appearing at the same time, and I felt astonished, so everyone was excited on the road. Go crazy.

The national highway from Xiahe to Luqu is no less than the Sichuan-Tibet 318 National Highway, with each step providing a view. On the way, we visited Heili Ningba, Guomang Wetland and Zhongke.

This section of the journey has an altitude of more than 3,000, but there are green grass everywhere, and there is no feeling of lack of oxygen. We stayed in Maqu County that night.

On the third day, we set off from Maqu County to Awancang Wetland. The huge wetland park is free and worth a visit

We are the only ones in such a beautiful scenic spot. It can be called a large private garden, and I was a little reluctant to leave it. Because the land is so vast and there are few people on the road, there are very few cars on the road, so whenever there is a place to park, we will come down and take a look. The fifth day, Langmusi

Langmusi is a town on the border of Gansu and Sichuan provinces. Sichuan is the Gerdi Temple and Gansu is the Langmusi. I usually check in at such scenic spots. Mainly, I only looked at the Gansu side.

The sixth day, Zhagana

From bottom to top are Dongwa Village, Yeri Village, Dari Village and Daiba Village. We lived in Dongwa Village. Because everyone has different preferences, it was a pity that we didn't go to the other three villages.

It will take at least two days to walk through every corner of Zhagana, which depends on your physical strength.

The seventh day, the Red Journey - Lazikou

From Zhagana, we followed the Long March Road traveled by the Red Army to Lazikou in Diebu County. Revolutionary traditional education. Stay at Guan'egou Guanzhu Guesthouse in the evening.

On the eighth day, Guanyogou. In particular, I would like to mention that the food cooked by the owner of Guanju Farmhouse is the most delicious during our trip for several days, and the price is affordable.

On the ninth day, Eman Lake, Tibetan and Qiang Village.

We planned to go to Eman Lake and spend some time in a daze by the lake. After buying the transportation ticket for the scenic spot, the driver drove all the way in. When we got to the end, the driver told us that he was sorry because it was raining and the landslide could not be seen. Suddenly, a man in the car became furious and said that this is fraud. Why did you bring us here? In fact, everyone felt like they were cheated. We just didn’t want to feel bad when we were out, so we had no choice but to see the sacred elephants bathing, rocks from the sky, and Jinyang Lake when we passed by.

Fortunately, the beautiful ethnic architecture of the Tibetan and Qiang villages made up for the regrets of this trip.

On the tenth day, Liujiaxia Reservoir

After leaving the Tibetan Qiang Village, we headed towards the Liujiaxia Reservoir. On the way, we discovered a terraced field, which was found to be the 10,000-mu terraced field in Ligang Village. It is said that it is Rapeseed field.

When we arrived at Liujiaxia Reservoir, although it was cloudy, the scenery was hazy and beautiful.

If the weather is fine, Liujiaxia Reservoir will be even more beautiful and worthy of being called the Pearl of the Plateau!

At this point, the trip to Gannan has ended perfectly after visiting the Liujiaxia Reservoir. The beautiful Gannan has left a deep memory for us, and there is a feeling that there is still something to explore. If there is still a chance, I will definitely drive slowly on my own.
