China's tourism laws and regulations are:

1, Measures of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Tourism Administrative Licensing

The "Measures for Tourism Administrative Licensing" has been deliberated and adopted at the third director's office meeting of the National Tourism Administration on March 2, 20 18, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of May 6, 20/KLOC-0.

2. Measures of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the Administration of Tourism Safety

The "Measures for the Administration of Tourism Safety" was deliberated and adopted at the office meeting of the Director of the National Tourism Administration 1 1 on September 7, 2006, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of February 16, 2006.

3. Tourism Law of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism

The Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the second meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee in People's Republic of China (PRC) on April 25th, 20 13, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on June 30th, 20 13.

4. Measures of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the Administration of Tour Guides

"Measures for the Administration of Tour Guides" has been deliberated and adopted at the 20 17 16 director's office meeting of the National Tourism Administration, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of 2018.

Measures of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the administration of mainland residents' travel to Taiwan Province.

(Promulgated by Decree No.26 of the National Tourism Administration, the Ministry of Public Security and the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council on April 6, 2006 and effective as of the date of promulgation). According to Order No.37 of the National Tourism Administration, the Ministry of Public Security and the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council on June 20, 201/KLOC-0, the Decision of the National Tourism Administration, the Ministry of Public Security and the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Province Province was revised for the first time.

According to Order No.43 of the National Tourism Administration, the Ministry of Public Security and the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council on April 3, 20 17, the Decision of the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the Ministry of Public Security of the National Tourism Administration on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Province Province was revised for the second time.

In addition to the above-mentioned legal provisions, the relevant departments of our country also have some provisions, as follows:

1. Notice of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism-Office of the National Tourism Administration on the management of tour leaders.

The Travel Agency Regulations revised and issued by Order No.676 of People's Republic of China (PRC) on March 1 2065438 and the Implementation Rules of the Travel Agency Regulations revised and issued by Order No.42 of the National Tourism Administration on February/20 16 further clarified that the management of tour leaders was changed from the qualification access system to the filing management system.

2. Notice of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism-Office of the National Tourism Administration on Strengthening the Supervision of the Outbound Tourism Market

As the outbound tourism market of China citizens continues to heat up, cases such as fraudulent purchase, leaving the group to stay, property loss, robbery and theft occur from time to time. In order to effectively purify the outbound travel market order, protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests in outbound travel and avoid major tourism safety incidents, the next step is to strengthen outbound travel management and standardize the relevant requirements for this outbound travel operation.

Further strengthen the construction of tourism integrity, improve the mechanism of credit reward and punishment combined transport, create a credit environment of honesty, self-discipline, trustworthiness and mutual trust in the tourism market, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of tourism.
