Tour to England 7: Lake Windermere

On the fourth day of our trip to England, on June 18, local time, we left Newcastle for Lake Windermere, which was called' the most beautiful scenery ever' by the painter. This lake is the largest lake in England, located in the Lake District National Park in central England, with beautiful lakes and mountains. This is the hometown of the famous fairy tale Peter Rabbit and one of the shooting places of Harry Potter.

After more than three hours' drive, we came to a beautiful and agile lakeside town, surrounded by mountains and waters. The parking lot is full of buses. It seems that this scenic spot is particularly hot! As soon as we got off the bus, tourists flocked to the lake from all directions, and we were not willing to lag behind. Guided by Cao Dao, we ran to the lake. At noon, the sunshine poured generously on the lake, like countless gold scattered on the blue lake. The waves are dazzling, and groups of white swans are playing freely in the lake. No matter how many tourists there are on the shore, it doesn't affect them to dance happily in the water. There are many yachts parked on the shore, and many tourists are queuing to board. In the distance, they are white and fat, in droves, like a caravan sailing.

Director Cao only gave us fifteen minutes. Mi Jie, Jing Jie and Tao Jie and I came to the railing of the lake and took pictures of each other with the boat in the lake as the background. It will be our turn to board the ship soon. The cruise ship is divided into two floors, the upper floor is open and unobstructed, and the line of sight is good, but there is nowhere to hide from the sun, and the line of sight in the lower cabin is limited, so we chose an ideal position, the stern. Standing at the stern, facing the sea breeze, hair and scarf add a bit of charm to the photo with the sea breeze dancing. The waves beat against the ship's side, splashing countless drops of water on us, causing waves of coolness. Behind him is an endless deep blue lake, dotted with densely wooded islands of different sizes. We are like a group of little girls who have forgotten their age, with blue waves on their feet and white clouds on their heads, and their hearts fly away happily with the speed of the yacht! Jie Mi is the best photographer in our team. With the Apple mobile phone, we can also take close-ups of noble or charming characters of our sisters. Every photo is a beautiful scenery, which is worth remembering.

Half an hour later, we returned to the shore for lunch. Cao Dao gave us an hour and a half to enjoy the town customs. As soon as I walked out of the hotel, I heard the bells of the nearby church ring. Walking in, it turned out that a couple was holding a wedding. The lawn at the church gate is crowded with relatives and friends attending the wedding. The beautiful bride and the sweet bride were blessed by their relatives, and the children chased them happily. Everyone's face is full of happiness. They certainly didn't expect that a group of oriental guests from afar would silently send them a copy at their wedding scene.

Walking out of the church and into the street, crowded tourists make the narrow streets more crowded. The whole town is built on the mountain, so the streets are either uphill or downhill. We can't see straight and spacious streets extending in all directions. Only winding paths lead us to alleys full of flowers. The wooden houses on both sides of the street have different shapes, just like the wooden houses in fairy tales, with flower baskets and colorful flowers hanging on the walls. The back of the hut is also decorated with a small and exquisite back garden, with Xiao Mu table, reclining chair, and all kinds of green plants and flowers around. Let's choose one or two to take pictures.

In the afternoon, I took a bus to Manchester United, where the explosion just happened last week. I'm still a little uneasy, but when I saw it in the square, I didn't feel nervous and there were not many tourists, because it was not a scenic spot. We should go there to watch the game. We enjoyed the huge pictures taken by the stars when they galloped in front of the stadium, which made up for our regret that we couldn't watch the game on the spot. An hour later, we entered the center of Manchester, which was the first time we arrived at our residence so early in several days. Because there is still some time before dinner, the guide asked us to go shopping by ourselves. We first went to the fruit shop and bought some fruits. Then we went to a large supermarket with several floors above and below. As soon as we entered the room, Sister Mi and I took a fancy to a cool hat, which was atmospheric in shape, with a wide brim and good shading effect, only weighing seven pounds. The fitting effect is also very good. I wanted to buy it, but I thought there might be something better in London, so they gave up. Only later, I never had a chance to go to the big supermarket all the way, and I never found such a beautiful and cool hat again. What is even more irritating is that the next few days are surprisingly hot, and the sun is almost burning people. At this time, I was very annoyed and regretted not buying those two cool hats. Until now, I still can't help asking myself why I don't buy it, so where to see your favorite object must start at once. Mi Jie and I looked upstairs and downstairs. When we didn't find anything we liked, we went out of the supermarket and into the street. We found the music and came to a square. Several musicians are playing cheerful dance music, and many people are watching and filming. A dozen people danced to the music in the middle of the venue. The most striking thing is that there are three children with black skin and eyes, and their flexible limbs dance quickly with the music.

I almost missed dinner time because I watched the dance. Fortunately, my sisters specially left us a lot of dishes. I ate Sichuan food in China City that day, and I haven't eaten spicy food for a long time. Very pleasant. Many of our sisters have just met, because this trip is destined to be together, take care of each other and be like sisters. I am really grateful to Sister Mi for inviting me this time!
