I want to travel to Lushan Mountain in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. I don’t want to drive myself. I want to take a bus from Changshu Mall. How should I buy a ticket?
It is more convenient for you to take the train to Jiujiang, and then take the bus to Lushan.
If you are prone to motion sickness, it is best not to go down the mountain by car, especially going down the mountain because it is a winding mountain road. I get sick every time I go there.
1. Route:
The scenery on Lushan Mountain is Jinxiu Valley, Huanglong Pond, Lulin Lake, Sandie Spring, Wulaofeng, Hanpokou, and Shimen Stream. The others are beautiful. Not pretty. The most beautiful one is Sandiequan.
Get off at Jiujiang Railway Station. It is still a long way to Lushan Mountain. You can take a bus to the foot of the mountain.
There are several ways to go up the mountain:
1. Take a taxi on the road after coming out of Jiujiang Railway Station (do not take a taxi inside the railway station, it is very expensive and cheaper than normal taxis) The meter is twice as expensive), take a taxi to the long-distance bus station (about 5 yuan). When taking a taxi, tell the driver to go to the bus station with buses to Lushan, because starting from August 1st, the bus to Lushan seems to have been changed to a new one. The bus station is at the north gate of Lushan. The ticket is 12 yuan per person. To go directly to the top of the mountain, the Lushan ticket costs 180 (135 for students), and the get off location is Kuling Town. This place has many attractions, but the scenery is average. From here you can charter a bus (140 to all attractions) to other attractions.
2. You can also hail a taxi on the road from the train station and ask the driver to take you directly to Lushan. It costs 100 yuan to charter a taxi. No more will be given. It is only 40 kilometers from the train station to the top of Lushan Mountain. However, taxis may only be delivered to the gate of Lushan. It is still a long way from the gate of Lushan to Guling Street mentioned in the first method. You can also discuss with the driver in advance to see if you can take it in without extra charge. No, then you can take a taxi when you get to the entrance of Lushan Mountain. There is only one road, and you will reach Guling Street after passing the tunnel entrance. I haven't taken a taxi, I just walked there, it's not very far. Of course, if I took a taxi, it wouldn't cost more than 10 yuan.
The above two methods are to go up the mountain by car, which is faster (40 minutes), but is not good for people who suffer from motion sickness. Let’s talk about climbing up the mountain.
3. Climb up Mount Lu from Haohanpo (2 hours for young people). The scenery along the way is average. You have to take a bus or take a taxi from the train station to Shili Building (about 7 yuan), and then make a connection. If you take the Lushan Bus to the foot of Lushan Mountain (about 10 minutes), you also need to pay for tickets. Once you reach the mountain, you can reach Kuling Town after a short walk (which is the same location as the first method)
4. Take a bus to Haihui Town near the road after coming out of the train station. The bus is 5 yuan/person. After arriving in Haihui Town, you can take a taxi to the east gate of Lushan Mountain, or you can walk to the east gate of Lushan Mountain by yourself. No It's very far, the entrance fee is 45, and at the end is Sandiequan. The scenery along the way is beautiful. When you get to Sandiequan, continue walking up (people who use the first method to go up Mount Lushan will take the cable car to come down from above, and then walk some steps down to Sandiequan) to the cable car, and then continue walking up, no need to walk We have to turn back and reach Lushan Mountain. Then we can take a taxi to the various scenic spots mentioned in the first method. However, walking up from Sandiequan will be tiring. I don’t know if the elderly and children can bear it. However, there are sedan bearers on the road, which are not expensive. The scenery on the tiring road from Sandiequan up to Lushan Mountain is just like this. There is nothing left, so you can go to Sandiequan and then take a bus back to Jiujiang City from Haihui Town or take a taxi directly from Haihui to Lushan. The price is also 100 yuan. If you walk up to Sandiequan, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery for a whole day. If you are not physically strong enough, you can choose to use the first method to take a car up the mountain. After visiting all the scenic spots, you can visit Sandiequan again, and then start from Sandiequan. Go directly to Lushan without turning back, go down to Haihui Town, and take a bus back to Jiujiang.
5. The scenery up the mountain from Shimen Stream is also good, comparable to Sandiequan. You can also go up the mountain from Shimen Stream and down the mountain from Sandiequan. (It is not tiring to walk to Sandiequan. , it is quite tiring to walk up the mountain from Sandiequan, so you can choose to come down from Sandiequan) On the mountain, you can rent a car to visit Hanpokou, Wulaofeng, Jinxiu Valley, and Lulin Lake. There is nothing interesting in other places.
Go up the mountain from a road near Shimen Stream (note: it is a nearby road up the mountain, not from Shimen Stream). There are fewer people on that road, and most of them are locals. It usually takes 2 hours to go up the mountain. .
You can take a taxi from the train station to Shili Building in Jiujiang City (about 7 yuan) and take a special bus to Shimenjian. After getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to reach the entrance of the mountain. You can ask residents nearby for directions, or ask someone to take you. The price is up to you to negotiate. If you are lucky, you might meet a local on the bus. I also want to go up the mountain, maybe even save the entrance fee. Go up the mountain from Wenshu Terrace. After going up the mountain, there are scenic spots along the way, such as Immortal Cave and Flower Path, all the way to Guling Street.
These roads up and down the mountain can be combined reasonably according to your own situation. If the scenery is beautiful, it is 4 and 5. To save effort, of course, it is 1 and 2.
2. Food and accommodation
Accommodation can be booked after arrival. Ordinary private rooms on Lushan Mountain cost 80-120, which are relatively easy to find, and you can also negotiate the price. Don't go to remote places to find them. Remote places are not necessarily cheaper. Just look for them near Guling Street. Good hotels need to be booked in advance, and the prices are not that cheap.
In terms of food, I personally think it’s not cheap. Vegetarian dishes cost between 1 and 20 yuan. When you arrive at Guling Street and walk inside, look to the right and you will see that some small fry shops are relatively cheap.
My personal suggestion is not to eat the so-called special snacks on Lushan Mountain because they don’t taste delicious.
3. Transportation on the mountain,
There is still a distance between the scenic spots on the mountain, so you can charter a car for 140-160 (delivery to each scenic spot is included, and you will be sent to one scenic spot, When you are about to finish the tour, call the other party in advance, and the other party will pick you up again and send you to another scenic spot), but you have to decide which scenic spots to send to (usually you can go to
Huajing, Jinxiu Valley ( It’s okay), Immortal Cave, Datianchi, Longshou Cliff, Huanglong Pond (it’s okay), Wulong Pond (it’s okay), Sanbaoshu, Shimen Stream (additional admission fee, about 45, I don’t remember, Shimen Stream is also You can play for a day), Lulin Lake (ok) Lushan Meeting Site, Meilu Villa, Cinema (you can watch Lushan Love) and return to Guling Street (you can get up early to watch the sunrise, you need to discuss the time with the driver). ), Botanical Garden (not pretty), Wulaofeng (Tired, good scenery), Sandiequan (if you go down from the mountain, you have to take the cable car, round trip 80 yuan, ticket 45))
The above are not marked There is nothing interesting to see in the scenic spots. If you have more time, you can just wander around.
4. Temperature
The temperature in Jiujiang is hot in summer, but it is not hot in Lushan Mountain. It is suitable to wear short-sleeved shorts in July. It is not too hot, but you must bring an umbrella. The temperature on Lushan Mountain is 5 to 10 degrees lower than at the foot of the mountain.
5. It is feasible to go up and down the mountain on foot. It would be boring and tiring to hike to various scenic spots after going up the mountain. So you can charter a car to go to the mountain.
6. There is nothing interesting to see in Jiujiang. After having fun in Lushan Mountain, you can go back. There is no need to live in Jiujiang. If you want to rest in Jiujiang, you can choose 7 Days Inn or Home Inn for accommodation, or you can stay at the training center of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics. The standard room is 100, which is very clean. There are fast food boxes for cooking downstairs. Taking a taxi in the city costs between 5 and 10 yuan depending on the distance. If you take a taxi from the train station, it only costs 5 yuan. If you take a taxi from the long-distance bus station, it will cost a little more.
