Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism issued a notice on epidemic prevention and control.

On August 9, the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism recently issued the Notice on Actively Responding to the COVID-19 Epidemic and Further Strengthening Inter-provincial Tourism Management, clearly requiring:

1. From now on, the inter-provincial team travel and "air ticket+hotel" business of travel agencies and online travel companies will be suspended immediately, and tourists from medium and high-risk areas are not allowed to travel in our province;

2. Travel agencies and online travel companies can resume inter-provincial team travel and "air ticket+hotel" business after there are no high-risk areas in the province;

3. After the resumption of inter-provincial tourism, tourists shall not be organized to travel to high-risk areas outside the province, and the "air ticket+hotel" business to high-risk areas outside the province shall not be carried out;

4. All tour guides who have been to areas with high epidemic risk since July 10 should stop all tour activities, take the initiative to report, and cooperate with relevant departments to do isolation inspection;

5, has been in the epidemic high-risk areas of the tourism team, must suspend local tourism activities, with the relevant epidemic investigation.

In addition, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism specially organized a video conference on epidemic prevention and control in the cultural and tourism industries in the province to make arrangements for epidemic prevention and control in the cultural and tourism industries in the province:

1, further implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements of A-level tourist attractions, and all scenic spots that are not open and have potential safety hazards will be temporarily closed;

2. The normally open scenic spots should strictly implement the measures of "reservation, peak shifting and current restriction", and strictly control the upper limit of tourists' reception according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of local party committees and governments.

3. Strictly implement the requirements of scanning code registration and temperature measurement before entering the scenic spot, and urge tourists to implement prevention and control measures such as "one meter line" and wearing masks to ensure that tourist information can be inquired and traced.

4. Indoor cultural tourism sites should implement measures such as current restriction, suspension of business and closure in accordance with local epidemic prevention and control deployment requirements.

5. Tourist star hotels and tourist homestays should take strict measures to prevent and control the epidemic.

6. Suspend all kinds of cultural tourism activities.
