Reflections after watching "How Far, How Far"
As soon as 10 o'clock in the evening arrived, I immediately turned on the TV, tuned to Travel TV, and watched with relish my father's and my favorite column - "Go As Far as You Go".
This is a program about travel, where a group of people travel around the world. Go to as many countries as there are far away. Through the program, I learned about many countries, such as Madagascar in Africa, Sri Lanka and the Philippines in Asia, which I had never even heard of before.
Once, the host "took" us to Madagascar in Africa. I saw that although the local people were very poor, they all lived happily. They go to the beach every day to pick up shells, many of which we don’t have here. Once, we "came" to another African country, where the locals' daily life was to use a kind of white clay to make clay pots. While they were working, they sang and danced, and the adults were as happy as the children.
We also “went” to Singapore, which is a very beautiful and wealthy country and a shopping paradise. A host walked around in the store and didn't leave until the store was closed.
After watching this show, I really want to grow up right away, so that I can be a traveler and travel around the world to appreciate the beautiful scenery and experience different lives around the world.
