What is the current situation of small and medium-sized shipyards?
Shipbuilding industry is the epitome of modern large-scale industry and a strategic industry related to national defense security and national economic development. Shipbuilding industry not only provides equipment for water transportation, energy transportation and ocean development, but also is the main supplier of naval ship equipment and one of the strategic industries of national economy and national defense construction. Now, shipbuilding will also become a pillar industry in China. After more than 20 years of rapid development after reform and opening up, the shipbuilding industry has become one of the few export-oriented industries with strong international competitiveness in China and an important force in the world shipbuilding industry.
China's shipbuilding output 1 1 year has been ranked third in the world, and its share in the world shipbuilding industry has increased from 6% in 2000 to 20% in 2005. By 20 15, China's ship output will reach 24 million deadweight tons, ranking first in the world. The rapid development of shipbuilding industry is mainly caused by the following reasons: first, the huge domestic demand for raw materials such as iron ore leads to the shortage of bulk carriers; Second, China has become the second largest crude oil importer in the world, and the government requires 50% of crude oil imports to be transported by itself, which leads to an increase in the demand for oil tankers; Thirdly, China has become the third largest trading country in the world, which leads to container ships being nervous.
At present, China's shipbuilding industry has basically formed a relatively complete industrial system including scientific research, design, production, supporting and repair, and has the ability to design and build conventional ships of various tonnage and high-tech and high-value-added ships. According to the latest statistics, there are nearly 2,000 shipbuilding and supporting enterprises of various sizes in China, with nearly 400,000 employees, including 480 enterprises with annual sales income of more than 5 million yuan and 310.5 million employees. There are 35 dry docks, 53 floating docks 1 1 and slipways in China, with a shipbuilding capacity of nearly 5 million dwt. The annual output of steel motor ships is about 3 million deadweight tons, accounting for about 5% ~ 7% of the world shipbuilding market. There are about 100 docks with a tonnage of over 3,000 tons in China, with a total dock capacity of 310.3 million dwt. The output value of ship repair is about 5 billion yuan, accounting for about 3% of the world ship repair market. Through the introduction of foreign advanced technology and active independent research and development, the technical level of China's main marine equipment has been rapidly improved, and a relatively complete marine supporting industrial system including medium and low speed diesel engines, marine auxiliaries and instruments has basically formed. China's shipbuilding output has been ranked third in the world for six consecutive years, accounting for 5% ~ 7% of the world market. Over the past decade, China ships have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions in the world, including the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan, France, Canada and other developed countries. In 2000, the export of ship products reached US$ 654.38+63.5 million, ranking first in the export of mechanical and electrical products in China. The rapid development of shipbuilding industry in China has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad.
According to the data of China Shipbuilding Industry Research Center, from 2006 to 20 10, the total demand of ships in China will reach 3 1 10,000 dwt, with an average of about 6.2 million dwt per year. From 20 10 to 2020, the total demand will reach 42 million deadweight tons. In 2005, China Shipyard * * completed120,000 dwt, of which CSSC completed 5 million dwt, accounting for 42%, CSIC completed 3150,000 dwt, accounting for 26.3%, and other shipyards * * accounted for 3 1.7%.
Let's start with Dalian. Dalian shipbuilding industry occupies a very important position in China shipbuilding industry. At present, there is a modern ship assembly enterprise with the largest scale, the most complete products and the most international competitiveness in China, which is the former Dalian Shipyard. From 65438 to 0990, the original shipyard was divided into Dalian Shipyard and Dalian Shipyard, which we used to call "new factory" and "old factory". In 2005, two factories were 65438. Most of the current ships are oil tankers, and most of the old factories are military ships, mainly for military products. In addition, many civilian ships have also been taken over. Because a considerable number of naval vessels come from old factories, they are also called "the cradle of naval vessels". In 2004, Dalian New Factory was selected as the largest shipyard in the world by Lloyd's Register of Shipping, ranking seventh. There are two 300,000-ton docks, and the 900-ton gantry crane in the new factory is known as the first crane in Asia. Now, after the merger, the fishing boat company near the old factory and Darkmouth Zigang have bought it, and the postal pier has been rented. The old factory is called Workshop No.1, and the new factory is called Workshop No.2, which means there are Workshop No.3 and Workshop No.4.. Their goal is to build a modern ship assembly plant. At the end of 2006, according to the latest statistics, Dalian shipbuilding industry has become the largest shipbuilding enterprise in China and the sixth largest in the world.
The shipyard of COSCO Group is located in Dalian Bay, namely "Dalian COSCO Shipbuilding Engineering Group Co., Ltd.", which is the largest shipyard in China and the largest 300,000-ton floating dock in China. In 2003, COSCO took Nantong Ocean Shipping Company, which was rated as one of the four "best shipyards" in Asia by Lloyd's Asia Shipping magazine, as the core, and integrated COSCO ship repair resources in Dalian and Guangzhou. Cosco Marine Engineering Group Co., Ltd., known as the "aircraft carrier" of China's shipbuilding industry, was successfully established in Nantong. On August 6, 2007, Dalian COSCO Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. was formally established in Yangtouwa, Lushun Development Zone. Its main project is to build a world-class modern shipyard including two 300,000-ton docks.
Dalian Liaonan Shipyard (Navy 48 10 (Navy 48 10) Factory, namely Lushun Dawu) was established when Li Hongzhang established Beiyang Navy, and now it has become the largest military production unit in Lushun Naval Base. The ships built include all kinds of military ships, from destroyers to escort boats to patrol boats of the marine police, as well as some special naval ships, and a small number of civilian ships including ocean-going transport ships, fishing boats and special ships. Dalian Songliao Shipyard (PLA 78 14 (Army 78 14) Factory), which is famous for building yachts, belongs to shenyang military area command Factory Administration. It is an army boat construction base and a medium-sized enterprise with the strongest shipbuilding ability in the whole army. The ships built include finished oil tankers, landing craft, high-speed catamarans, fully enclosed lifeboats and other special ships. The launching method of this shipyard is very special. Dalian Songliao FRP Boat Co., Ltd. is an enterprise controlled by Dalian Songliao Shipyard. It is a luxury yacht manufacturer with the strongest design and development capability, the largest production scale, the most advanced technology and the highest product grade in China. Its "Songliao Slapoti" brand yacht has become a well-known brand in domestic and even Southeast Asian markets. Dalian Songliao Slapoti Yacht Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, mainly engaged in the sales of Songliao Slapoti series luxury yachts. Walking along Binhai Street in Dalian, you will see a luxury yacht exhibition hall. The luxury yachts displayed in this exhibition hall are the products of this shipyard. The enterprise will establish the largest FRP boat construction base in China in Dalian Bay Industrial Park, pulandian city. Other shipyards in Dalian are small and medium-sized shipyards. For example, Liao Yu Group's Liao Yu Fishing Boat Factory repairs the most fishing boats, releases water from boats and often repairs fishing boats for Russia and Japan. In addition, it is worthy of our attention that at the end of 2006, South Korea STX Group invested and set up a shipbuilding industry base in Dalian Changxing Island Lingang Industrial Zone, with a cumulative investment scale of 4 1 10,000 US dollars, which will be another large shipbuilding base.
Other shipyards in Liaoning Province are small and medium-sized, and the following shipyard is a big one: Bohai Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. in Huludao (formerly Liaoning Bohai Shipyard) is most famous for building warships, especially nuclear submarines, so I won't say much about it. At the same time, it also took over a number of oil tankers and container ships, and the 300,000-ton wharf invested by it was officially put into use at the end of July 2007. At the same time, the first 297,000-ton VLCC was built, which is the first of four large oil tankers built for Nanjing Yangtze River Oil Transportation Company. For the newly graduated students, the attraction of Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry lies not only in the unit itself, but also in the fact that it can pay more than 10,000 yuan for settlement after signing the contract, which is not available in other domestic shipyards. There are several shipyards in Dandong, such as Yalu River Shipyard in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Yuyang FRP Cruise Ship Factory in Dandong and Daewoo Shipyard in Dandong, donggang city. Due to the expansion of the port scale, the Dadong Port Construction Command Shipyard was also established. At present, Liaoning Shipbuilding Industrial Park located in Yingkou (expanded from Yingkou Fishing Ship Factory and Yingkou Shipyard) has sprung up in Bohai Economic Zone of Liaoning Province. Dalian Ito Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. is the holding company of Liaoning Shipbuilding Industry Zone, mainly engaged in shipbuilding and shipbuilding industry. In September 2007, the second 10,000-ton cargo ship was launched.
There are many shipyards along the Bohai Sea, such as Tianjin. The most famous Li Hongzhang is located in Dagu Shipyard near Dagu Haikou, Tianjin. This is the later Dagu Shipyard and today's Tianjin Shipyard. Tianjin Xingang Shipyard is the largest shipyard in northern China, including the recently completed national key project Yanda Railway Ferry Project. Due to the needs of urban development, Xingang Shipyard is also facing relocation. The relocated Xingang Shipyard covers an area of 2.6 million square meters, which is five times that of the original shipyard. The design and construction of a 500,000-ton ship terminal is one of the largest terminals in China at present. Xingang Shipyard has a 300,000-ton dock. Tianjin also has shipyards such as Tianjin Xinhe Shipyard; Shanhaiguan Shipyard in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone is a large enterprise with the largest VLCC (large tanker) repair dock in China.
At present, Shandong is mostly a small and medium-sized shipyard, but now there are comments that Shandong will become the largest shipbuilding province in the future. Samsung Heavy Industry (Rongcheng) Co., Ltd., the world's second largest shipbuilding enterprise invested and built by South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industry Company, will settle in Rongcheng City, Shandong Province. Korea Daewoo Shipbuilding Ocean (Shandong) Co., Ltd., located in Yantai, is a large shipbuilding enterprise founded by Korea Daewoo Shipbuilding Ocean Co., Ltd. (DSME) in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2005. Yantai has Raffles Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., which was Yantai Shipyard before the restructuring. It is the only wholly foreign-owned company in China with 65,438+0,000% managed according to advanced foreign models. Its headquarters is in Singapore, and its ships are mainly marine engineering, yachts and floating docks. There is also Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "North Shipbuilding Industry") as a large shipyard. In July 2004, CSIC signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Qingdao Municipal Government, and decided to build a ship repairing base in Haixi Bay, Qingdao. As a subsidiary of CSIC, North Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. quickly started the preparations for the ship construction and repair base. In July 2005, two shipyards of 300,000 tons and150,000 tons were built. Haixi Bay Ship Repair Base is building the largest 300,000-ton and 500,000-ton docks in China. After completion, supertankers, bulk carriers at the Cape of Good Hope, 8,000 container ships and offshore oil drilling platforms can be built. It is planned to be completed on April 1 day, 2009, with a construction period of 25 months. At present, CNIC has signed four construction contracts with Hebei Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., which were delivered at the end of 2009 and the first half of 20 10 respectively. Shandong Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (Huanghai Shipyard) mainly builds fishing boats, including trawlers and tuna boats. There are also small and medium-sized shipyards such as Lingshan Shipyard and Weihai Shipyard (currently being relocated and expanded). In addition, there are the 4809 factory of the Navy in Weihai, Shandong Province, the 4808 factory of another shipyard of the Navy in Qingdao, and the 4808 factory of Weihai Shipyard. Xixiakou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise integrating ship repair and shipbuilding, which belongs to China Xixiakou Group Company. Mainly build and repair all kinds of fishing boats, cargo ships, oil tankers and engineering ships.
Shanghai has the largest number of large shipyards, and Changxing Island in Shanghai will be the largest shipyard in China.
Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. is one of the five shipbuilding centers under China State Shipbuilding Corporation. It is a comprehensive super-large enterprise group that manufactures both military ships and civilian ships, as well as high-power marine diesel engines and large steel structures (such as Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Yangpu Bridge and nanpu bridge). This is a shipbuilding enterprise group after the reorganization of Hudong Shipyard and China Shipyard. When it comes to Hudong Zhonghua, we can't help but mention LNG carriers, which are known as the "pearl" in the crown of shipbuilding, and Hudong Zhonghua is also the first shipyard in China that can build LNG carriers. In September 2007, China's first super-large container ship with independent intellectual property rights, 8530TEU, was delivered, and the shipyard that designed and built this ship was Hudong Zhonghua! Compared with other shipyards in Shanghai that have moved to Chongming Island and Changxing Island, Hudong Zhonghua has obvious location advantages and will not move in the next few years. Hudong factory is in Pudong, and Zhonghua factory is on Fuxing Island in Puxi, opposite to Huangpu River. Chongming Island also has a segmented manufacturing base in Hudong Zhonghua. In addition, the second phase of Changxing will start construction in 2009 and is expected to be put into production in 20 12. The second phase will be Hudong Zhonghua, and CSSC will build it into "the world's leading production base for high-tech ships and ocean engineering". Speaking of Hudong Zhonghua, I would also like to talk about Hudong Heavy Machinery, which was originally affiliated to Hudong Zhonghua and is the production base of high-power medium and low-speed marine diesel engines with the largest production scale and the strongest technical ability in China. On August 6th, 2007, Hudong Heavy Machinery's stock soared, becoming the only stock in China that broke through the 200 yuan mark, which shocked the China stock market and showed the strong posture of China's shipbuilding industry. At present, Hudong Heavy Machinery has been separated from Hudong Zhonghua, listed in CSSC sequence, and its stock name has been renamed as China Ship.
Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a large ship assembly plant with the largest construction scale, the most advanced technical facilities and the highest degree of modernization in China. It has two docks. Dock No.1 can build 500,000-ton super-large ships and is the largest dock in China. Dock 2 is suitable for building 300,000-ton crude oil tankers and large-scale offshore projects, and each dock is equipped with a 600-ton gantry crane. As far as wages and benefits are concerned, Waigaoqiao's wages and benefits can be said to be the highest among shipyards in China, and the year-end bonus is also very high.
Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. was born in the Westernization Movement, that is, the "Jiangnan Manufacturing Bureau" founded in the Qing Dynasty. There are many military ships built by Jiangnan Shipyard, and there are the first generation submarines in China in the 1950s. In the 1960s, the first 10,000-ton ocean-going freighter designed by China was also built by Jiangnan Factory. Due to the Shanghai World Expo, Jiangnan Shipyard is moving to Chongming Island, which is expected to be completed in 2008. The so-called Shanghai Changxing Island Shipyard is the "third line" of the first phase project of Changxing Island Jiangnan Shipyard, one of the two bases invested by CSSC. Jiangnan Changxing 1 Line was built by Waigaoqiao and Jiangnan factories. Jiangnan Changxing Line 2 was built by Hudong Zhonghua and Jiangnan factories; Line 3 is the Jiangnan factory itself, called Jiangnan Heavy Industry. The first giant ship-297,000-ton VLCC (Very Large Oil Tanker) built by CSSC Jiangnan Changxing Shipbuilding Base 1 Line started construction on May 2, 2007, which is the largest tonnage oil tanker ever built in Shanghai shipbuilding industry. Its construction marks that Changxing Base 1 Line has entered the full-scale production stage. This ship is the first VLCC ship with independent intellectual property rights in China. The first ship of Line 2, the 5 100TEU container ship, has also started, which indicates that all three modern shipbuilding production lines with international advanced level in Changxing Base, the largest shipbuilding base in China, have been put into production. CSSC Jiangnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a listed company founded exclusively by Jiangnan Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd., with its subordinate steel structure mechanical engineering division as the main body. Jiangnan Heavy Industry Manufacturing Base (located in the area of Line 3 of CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base), as the core supporting processing center of the first shipbuilding base in China in the future, is another major construction project after the opening of Line 1 1, Line 2 and Line 3 of Changxing Base. Jiangnan Heavy Industry will strive to become the supporting center of the largest shipbuilding base in China, and it is a comprehensive large-scale steel structure and equipment manufacturing enterprise with considerable international competitive advantage. Because Changxing in the south of the Yangtze River goes to the island, there is an extra subsidy for going to the island (50 yuan every day). Therefore, after graduating from undergraduate course, I went to Jiangnan Changxing Shipbuilding Base, and my salary can reach nearly 3,000 yuan, which is still considerable. However, because Changxing Shipbuilding Base has just been built and other facilities are not perfect, the conditions are far worse than those on the island.
According to the requirements of modern enterprise system, Chengxi Shipping Co., Ltd., which was restructured from the original Shanghai Shipyard and Chengxi Shipyard, also includes ship repair, shipbuilding and ocean engineering transshipment platforms.
