Master plan of Qiucun town

According to the new round of urban master plan of Qiucun Town, Qiucun Town's functional orientation is a coastal leisure and tourism resort, a coastal livable area in the east of Fenghua, and a clothing processing base of well-known brands at home and abroad. The southern part of the town is a leisure and holiday tourist area, the western part is an idyllic residential area, and the northern part is a textile industrial area. Starting from this orientation, Qiucun takes the construction of Fenghua East Coastal Ecological Economic Zone, which integrates ecological agriculture, industry, residence and tourism, as its development goal. According to the functional orientation, Qiucun's future development blueprint is: one heart and two axes, four functional areas. One center is the township public service center, and the two axes (the main axis of urban development) are: Huxia Line and Qiuning Line. The four functional areas are: residential areas: except the central area of the old city, from towns to Wujiang along the Huxia line, Huangxian section of the coastal middle line and coastal residential areas. Industrial zone: it mainly includes the area from the north of the line to the south of Ningqiu line, and the existing Hualoumiao industrial zone and the junction of Cao and Huang. Tourist resort: mainly from Henggang in Xiangshan Port to Binhai in Huangxian County. Ecological reserve: it mainly includes Huangxian Forest Park Ecological Reserve in the west and Hengjiang Wetland Reserve in the east.
