Problems in Tourism of Jizhou Kiln Scenic Area
1. Tourism facilities need to be improved, and the comprehensive service system is incomplete. At present, tourists' demand for food, shelter, transportation, travel, shopping and entertainment is increasing day by day, but there are shortcomings in various tourist facilities in scenic spots, which are difficult to meet the needs of tourists. The tourist service center has not yet been built, the roads of temporary parking lots are not smooth, it is difficult to get in and out, and the hardware of facilities such as safety and sightseeing is not enough. The comprehensive service facilities such as catering, accommodation, shopping, entertainment and leisure are imperfect, with small scale, low grade and low standardization, which makes it difficult for tourists to eat, park and shop.
2. The management system is not smooth, and the service level needs to be improved. Although Jizhou Kiln Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was established in April this year, the main management organization is Jizhou Kiln Protection Administration, and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is in name only. At present, Jizhou Kiln Protection Administration has only 10 staff, who are not only responsible for management, but also for scenic spot operation, publicity and promotion, and undertake major reception tasks. The lack of personnel, insufficient funds and talents in tourism development, publicity and planning, marketing and promotion lead to the lack of daily management and maintenance of scenic spots and the limited level of tourism reception services. The scenic spot has not formed a comprehensive supervision mechanism organized by multi-departments to solve the prominent contradiction between the development of scenic spots and the interests of local people. So far, some commercial industries and vegetable markets in Song Street have not moved out, which has seriously affected the overall tourism environment and tourism image of the scenic spot.
3. The brand image is not clear enough, and the promotion atmosphere is not strong. Due to the serious shortage of publicity and promotion funds in scenic spots, the overall packaging and image promotion activities are affected, with less external promotion and narrow radiation range. Jizhou kiln scenic spot has become an unknown product of boudoir raising. There are no tourist advertisements and scenic traffic signs in railway stations, bus stations, airports, expressway and major traffic intersections. There is not enough publicity, training and guidance for the people around the scenic spot, and the people's understanding, support and participation in scenic spot tourism are not high, and the atmosphere is not strong.
