For first-time application, you must submit an application in person to the exit-entry administration office at the place of residence. The cost of "Permit to Travel to Hong Kong and Macao" is 80 yuan each; one-time travel endorsement is 15 yuan each, and two-time travel endorsement is 30 yuan each.
