Phnom Penh Palace 1
Phnom Penh Palace is the palace of the King of Cambodia, including more than 20 palaces, including Chaya Hall, Golden Hall, Silver Hall, Ballroom and Treasure Hall. 2. National Museum
Cambodia's leading museum of history and archaeology has the largest collection of Khmer art in the world. The building of the museum adopts the architectural style of herringbone roof, carved gate and ancient Khmer temple, which integrates traditional Khmer architecture with French colonial style. At present, the museum has about15,000 collections, and about 2,000 works are exhibited at a fixed time.
3. Angkor National Museum
The museum has a collection of masterpieces of artistic achievements in various periods of the Khmer Dynasty. By watching the exquisite sculptures and listening to the detailed explanations, we can have a clearer understanding of the development of Angkor Dynasty and the Indian mythology behind the sculptures. More importantly, there are a large number of Angkor sculptures in the museum, which are hard to see in Angkor monuments.
4. Siem Reap
In addition to Angkor monuments in Siem Reap province, there are some places not to be missed in Siem Reap. Before visiting Angkor Wat, you can visit Angkor National Museum to lay a good foundation for your trip to Angkor Wat. Siem Reap is also close to Tonle Sap Lake. There are many unique boathouses in the lake, which can be visited in one day.
