Thimphu is 7600 feet above sea level, and Bhutan will become the capital here in 1955.

Thimphu used to be a colony, but now it is a city with a population of 50,000. Trashichhodzong, the administrative center and religious center of Bhutan, is located on the banks of the King of Chu, where the royal palace, government departments and Buddhist headquarters are located. On the other side of the Chu River is the National Hall. Next to Zongsi is the golf course in Bhutan.

2. Paro

Palo Valley is a social and cultural center. Every spring, thousands of families gather here to celebrate the religious festival Parotschehu, which mainly includes mask dancing and Buddhist activities.

Palo Temple is responsible for all religious activities in Palo Valley. On the top of the hill behind the Palo Temple is the castle-shaped Chongde Museum, which houses the country's cultural heritage.

At the northern end of Paro Valley is the site of Drouillard's ancestral temple, from which you can see Mount Jumohali, from which Bhutanese repelled the invading Tibetans in the17th century.

Other attractions in Palo include Dungtse Lhakhang, Kyichu Lhakhang and Parrotta Cang.

3. Punaha

It takes about two hours to drive from Thimphu to Punaka through the Doshula Pass at an altitude of 105000 feet in the Himalayas.

1955 Punaka was once the capital of Bhutan. The land here is fertile, the crops are lush, there are many terraces and rice is abundant. Chime Lhakhang, located on the hill between terraces, is a pilgrimage site for couples who have no offspring.

Punaka Temple is the main Buddhist shrine where monks gather. The temple also preserves the relics of Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyalde and ancient cultural relics used by Buddhism.

4. Wang Difu Jean

Wangdiphodrang is a city near the center of Bhutan, at the end of expressway, which leads to Bhutan. /kloc-in the 0/7th century, it made important contributions to the unification of the central and western regions and the southern regions.

Bumtang is the collective name of Chumey, Choekhor, tang and Ura, with an altitude ranging from 2,600 meters to 4,000 meters.

Jakar is the management center of Bumtang, which is famous for producing honey products, cheese, apples and apricots. In recent years, cultivated land development projects have driven the growth of local economy.

Jakhar Temple and other holy places are the main tourist attractions in Bumtang. Bumtang is the hometown of Pema Lingba, the first Buddhist teacher.

6. Tronsa

Tongsa is located in the middle of Bhutan, which is four hours away from Wangduephodrang. Tongsa Temple is a temple, a corridor and a court. It is located at the edge of the canyon and can be seen from all angles.

Prince Bhutan also lived in Dongsa Temple before he ascended the throne. The current king followed this practice, and was appointed King of Tunzha in 1972, where he lived until he ascended the throne.
