Article 3 Visa and Certification Agency Fees

(1) The service center of foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the service center) handles foreign visas for going abroad on business, and the agency fee is adjusted from 25 yuan to 50 yuan.

(2) The service center handles foreign consular certification, and the agency fee is adjusted from 30 yuan to 60 yuan for each certificate.

(3) When the service center accepts the client's entrustment to apply for visa and consular certification, it shall deliver the agency documents to the embassy (consulate) of the relevant foreign country (region) in China within 2 working days after acceptance, and be responsible for retrieving them in time and notifying the client to collect them. If a party requests to send a replacement document on the same day or at that time, an additional expedited fee may be charged, and the expedited fee for visa agency will be adjusted from 10 yuan RMB/country to 20 RMB/country; The expedited fee for consular certification agency is adjusted from RMB per certificate 15 yuan to RMB per certificate/30 yuan.

(4) The service center fills in the foreign visa application form on behalf of the client, and the agency fee is adjusted from 5 yuan to 10 yuan.

(five) if the parties require mailing, the mailing fee shall be charged according to the actual expenditure.

(6) If the central authorities, state organs and large companies authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs apply for foreign visas for people going abroad on business, the fees shall be determined by each department. If it is really necessary to charge, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of items (1), (3), (4) and (5) above.

China Travel Agency, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Beijing Changhong Bridge Foreign Economic Cooperation Consulting Service Co., Ltd., which are authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to handle consular certification, all implement the charging standards specified in items (2), (3) and (5) above.

(7) The agency fee standards for local units authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to apply for visas and certification abroad shall still be formulated by the price and financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government according to local actual conditions.
