From Xiamen Airport to Hangzhou in mid-March, I want to go to West Lake, Wuzhen, Xitang, and Zhouzhuang. It will take four days and then fly back. How to arrange this route...

Wuzhen, Zhouzhuang and Xitang are all among the six major Jiangnan water towns. This is your trip to inspect the ancient towns. The other three, Tongli, Luzhi and Nanxun, are all in the same area. The two furthest ones, Tongli and Wuzhen, are only 100 kilometers apart. The recommended arrangement for the four days is as follows:

D1: Arrive in Hangzhou and visit West Lake. If you are interested, you can watch a performance in the evening - Impression of West Lake. If you live in Hangzhou, it is recommended to stay in Wangzhuang or Liuzhuang. The environment is very good.

D2: When going to Wuzhen, it is recommended to stay in Xizha. There is a Tongze Hotel. There is running water under the guest room window, which is quite smelly;

D3: Go to Xitang first, and stay in Zhouzhuang in the evening. Xitang has the best preserved original appearance among the three ancient towns, and there are still many original residents in the area.

D4: Visit Zhouzhuang, then go to Hongqiao Airport, less than 50 kilometers away, and return to Xiamen.

This is the smoothest route.
