How to apply for a visa when traveling to multiple countries continuously?

By applying for a Schengen visa, you can travel to many EU countries according to the Schengen agreement without other visas. Otherwise, if you want to go to other countries, you should apply for visas from those countries in turn before you can go.

Schengen visa is a visa issued by Schengen countries. According to the Schengen Agreement, a visa issued by one Schengen member country will be recognized by all other member countries. Therefore, if the countries you are going to are all Schengen countries, you can enter any Schengen country as long as you apply for a visa from one of them, and you don't need to apply for a visa to other Schengen countries within the validity period. At this time, travel between different countries is exactly the same as travel between different cities in the same country, and passports and visas are generally not checked. Even if you encounter random checks occasionally, you can release them as long as you show a valid Schengen visa.

Note: If some destination countries are not Schengen countries (see the following countries for details), such as Britain and Ireland, you need to apply for a British visa and an Irish visa in addition to the Schengen visa. Because Britain and Ireland are not Schengen countries, they cannot enter the country with a Schengen visa.

Little knowledge:

Schengen is a small town at the southeast end of Luxembourg. 1985, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg signed a treaty to gradually cancel the border inspection here, which is the so-called Schengen Agreement. The countries that join the treaty are Schengen countries or Schengen treaty countries, and all member countries are also called Schengen area. The visa for Schengen countries is a Schengen visa. The treaty came into full force in July 1995. The purpose of the Schengen Treaty is to cancel the border checkpoints between them and coordinate the border control outside the Schengen area. That is, the border control between member States will be abolished, and people holding valid identity cards or visas of any member state can move freely within the territory of all member States. According to the treaty, a valid visa for any country is recognized by all other member States. If a tourist holds a Schengen visa from one of the countries, he can legally travel to all other Schengen countries without another visa. In other words, the borders between Schengen countries are open.

At present, there are 26 Schengen countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
