Baoduzhai Red Tourist Area in Luanchuan is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, a cultural relic protection unit in Henan Province and a red classic scenic spot.

Baoduzhai is located on Baodu Mountain, 50 kilometers away from the county seat, with an altitude of 1803 meters. The village is built on the top of Baodu Mountain, surrounded by cliffs and perils. There are natural caves in the village, and the mountain springs are tinkling and inexhaustible in four seasons. In the ravine, there are dense forests, towering pines and cypresses, and lush birdcages. This is an ideal place for traveling and summer vacation.

Baoduzhai is one of the famous villages in western Henan, surrounded by Baizhang Cliff, and consists of three scenic spots: WangNiu Ling Natural Scenery, Baoduzhai Bandit Cave Village and Huoshen Temple.
