Article 1: Travel agencies shall provide tourists with various agreed services, and the services provided shall not be lower than national standards or industry standards. Article 2 Travel agencies shall provide tourists with services that meet the needs of protecting tourists’ personal and property safety, and take measures to prevent hazards; legal regulations, customs, religious beliefs, etc. that may cause misunderstanding or conflict among tourists in tourist destinations , tourists should be given clear instructions and advice in advance. Article 3 The services provided by travel agencies are clearly marked with prices that match the quality and price, and no price fraud is allowed. Article 4 When a travel agency organizes travel for tourists, it shall sign a contract with the tourists. The signed contract should clearly stipulate the following contents: (1) Travel itinerary (including transportation, tourist attractions, accommodation standards, catering standards, entertainment standards, shopping times, etc.) arrangements; (2) Travel prices; (3) Liability for breach of contract; Article 5 When a travel agency transfers signed tourists to other travel agencies for group tours because it cannot organize a group tour, it must obtain the written consent of the tourists. If a tourist is transferred to another travel agency without the written consent of the tourist, the transferring travel agency shall bear the corresponding legal liability. Article 6 When a travel agency causes losses to tourists’ legitimate rights and interests due to the reasons stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulations, tourists have the right to complain to the tourism administrative department or the tourism quality supervision agency entrusted by it; After receiving complaints from tourists, tourism quality supervision agencies should promptly ascertain the facts. If the legitimate rights and interests of tourists are damaged due to the fault of the travel agency, they should order the travel agency to compensate according to the degree of the tourist's loss. When a travel agency refuses or is unable to bear liability for compensation, the tourism administrative department shall allocate compensation costs from the travel agency's quality guarantee fund.
