How to apply for a visa from China to Myanmar?

Legal analysis: There is an agreement on mutual visa exemption between China and Myanmar. China citizens holding diplomatic and official passports are exempt from visas, while those holding ordinary official passports and personal passports need to apply for visas. China citizens can apply for Myanmar visas at the Myanmar Embassy in China or the Consulate General in Kunming, Nanning and Hongkong. In addition, holders of other passports (except diplomatic and official passports) can apply for visas upon arrival at Yangon and Mandalay international airports.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration has been approved by the State Council, and the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can make provisions on keeping biometric information such as fingerprints of entry and exit personnel according to the needs of exit and entry administration. If foreign governments have special regulations on visa issuance and entry and exit management for China citizens, the China government can take corresponding reciprocal measures according to the situation.
