This is the announcement of the non-public offering of shares by Three Gorges Tourism. According to the announcement, Three Gorges Tourism has completed the plan of non-public offering of 865.438+06 billion yuan and 654.38+07 billion shares, and the new shares were listed on July 20. Whether it is passenger transport or tourism business, the "root" of Three Gorges tourism is passenger transport. Traditional fuel vehicles and ships have problems such as air pollution and noise pollution. In order to reduce carbon emissions and improve tourists' experience and satisfaction, Three Gorges Tourism is cooperating with Changjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. to build a new energy pure electric sightseeing cruise ship.
