1. Travel routes from Lanzhou

From Lanzhou, take the 109 National Highway from Lhasa. It passes through Qinghai Lake and Golmunaqu to Lhasa. If the scenery is good, it is best to take National Highway 318 in Chengdu, which is rated as the most beautiful national highway in China. Last year, my friend rode a bicycle from Lanzhou to Chengdu via Jiuzhaigou to Lhasa. In terms of road conditions, 109 should be better than 318. 318 often landslides, so safety comes first.

2. Travel route guide from Lanzhou

Starting from Lanzhou, there are two highways reaching the northern and southern cities respectively at the starting point of the Duku Highway. The first is the G40 Lianhuo Expressway, with a total length of 2,153 kilometers, passing through the Hexi Corridor. Along the way you will see the grasslands of Gansu, the snowy peaks of the Qilian Mountains, countless grottoes and the colorful Danxia landforms, until you reach Dushanzi, the starting point on the north side of the Duku Highway.

You can also choose to take the G315 National Highway in Xining to Kuqa, the starting point on the south side. The whole journey is more than 2,400 kilometers and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Qaidam Basin. Finally, the remaining supply points and gas stations along the Dugu Highway are shown.

3. Lanzhou travel guide

There are three routes from Lanzhou to Chengdu, Sichuan:

It is the US National Highway 213.

Starting from Lanzhou, passing through Gannan, Ruoergai, Songpan (Jiuzhaigou), Wenchuan, and arriving at Dujiangyan in Chengdu.

There are many roads in Lupan Mountain, and landslides often occur when there is heavy rain in summer and autumn. In winter, due to the cold climate in northern Sichuan, there is more rain and snow, and the road surface is slippery.

The second one is National Highway 212.

Starting from Lanzhou, passing through Lintao, Huichuan Town, Weiyuan County, Min County, Dangchang County, Wen County, and entering Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. The road conditions are generally good, just a bit detoured.

The third is high speed throughout the journey.

Starting from Lanzhou, passing through Tianshui and Longnan to Guangyuan, Sichuan, and then to Chengdu, it is safe to drive. So it is safer to take the expressway the whole way.

5. Travel route from Lanzhou

< p>A cost-effective route from Lanzhou to Shapotou, Ningxia

Take the K916 train in Lanzhou. It departs from Lanzhou and gets off at Zhongwei. It takes about five and a half hours.

The cost of a hard seat from Lanzhou to Zhongwei is more than 50 yuan. This plan is the most affordable. The Lanzhou-Yinchuan train arrives in Yinchuan on time at 7:00 in the morning, or the first bus arrives in Yinchuan. The ticket is 120 yuan, and the whole journey ends at Yinchuan Expressway.

6. Lanzhou Travel Guide: Best One-Day Tour Route

Qingcheng Ancient Town is a national 4A-level scenic spot. Qingcheng Ancient Town, known as the elegant land, is located at the foot of Chonglan Mountain in the north of Yuzhong County. The terrain here is high in the south and low in the north, with an altitude of 1,450 meters. The terrain is a narrow strip, with the Yellow River flowing through the north, making it a typical Yellow River valley.

Hekou Ancient Town has well-preserved ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The landmark buildings of the ancient town, such as the Bell and Drum Tower, the Lying Bridge, three city gates, four archways, four streets and seventeen lanes gate plaques, have been restored and rebuilt. There are 115 residences along the street and 313 remaining in the core area. I think Qingcheng Ancient Town is worth visiting.

7. Travel route map from Lanzhou

There are many routes from Lanzhou to Qinling, each route has its own characteristics:

D1: Baoji, Lanzhou takes about 6 hours by car. If you want to go directly to Qinling Mountains, you can go directly from Longnan.

D2: Baoji Fengxian Liuba, about 5 hours’ drive. You can visit the source of Jialing River.

It's great to spend the summer in this area. There are many farmhouses near Baizi Mountain in Liuba.

D3: Hanzhong Liuba,——, there is Baizi-Zhangliang Temple to go to. On the way, you can visit Zhuge Ancient Town in Mian County.

You can also live in Zhuge Ancient Town, Mian County, or Hanzhong City.

D4~D5: Hanzhong Shiquan. Walk slowly along G316. The whole journey is equivalent to walking along the Han River. The scenery is quite good.

Live in Shiquan or Liuhou Ancient Town.

D6: Xi'an Shiquan - An, take G210, or cross the Qinling Mountains, about 7 hours' drive.

Lanzhou to Xining

1) From the starting point, go east along G109 for 1.3 kilometers, turn right ahead, enter G109 at Lanzhou Yellow River Bridge, and drive towards Yinchuan/Xinjiang.

2) Continue driving along G109 for 160 meters, heading towards G109 (East)/Wuwei/Baiyin/Yinchuan, and turn slightly right.

3) Continue along G109 for 6.1 kilometers, then turn right.

4) Drive 480 meters and enter G22 from the entrance.

Sangke Grassland.

It is located in Xiahe, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, 18 kilometers southwest of Labrang, Xiahe County, with direct access by highway. Mulberry grassland is a meadow grassland with an average altitude of more than 3,000 meters and a grassland area of ??70 square kilometers. It is one of the main animal husbandry bases in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The population here is small and the area is large. There are only more than 4,000 herdsmen, but the grassland is vast and boundless. This is a very valuable natural tourist attraction.
