Can travel contracts signed due to the epidemic be extended?

If the travel contract cannot continue to be performed due to the impact of the epidemic, the parties concerned may terminate the contract in accordance with the law. If the travel contract has been performed, depending on the performance and the nature of the contract, the party may request restoration to the original status or take other remedial measures, and has the right to request compensation for losses.

Legal basis

Article 563 of the "People's Republic of China and Civil Code"

In any of the following circumstances, the parties may terminate the contract Contract:
