Ibiza travel tips

On the north side of the island are the old port and the old trading market. The former still docks ships from mainland Greece, while the latter’s history can be traced back to the 8th century. To the south of Ibiza is Canoni, which overlooks the picturesque island of Pondikonissi. Between the north and south are beautiful Italianate buildings, narrow streets, small squares and churches. There are all kinds of shops, such as leather goods stores, restaurants, ice cream stands, grocery stores, jewelry stores and so on. The New Port, built in the 16th century, is in better shape than the Old Port. Originally, there was an open space between the old port and the city, so that the enemy could not hide during the attack. The northern beach of the ancient town has the best scenery, where the peaks reach straight into the sea. It is also a shopping area for tourists. The seaside is full of hotels, restaurants and shops. The island of Ibiza has lush vegetation and is full of cypress trees, olive trees, oak trees, peach trees, fir trees, fig trees, citrus groves and vineyards. There are many beautiful beaches along the island, with a pleasant climate and beautiful natural scenery. The island retains the twin-spire castle built by the Venetians in the Middle Ages. It attracts a large number of foreign, especially British, tourists every year because it is also the birthplace of Queen Elizabeth II's husband, the Duke of Edinburgh. Many consider Ibiza to be the most colorful of the islands, a perfect blend of island and sea.

Ibiza is an island that combines ancient times and fashion very well. The castle on the mountain and the modern shops with bright signs at the foot of the mountain look up at each other. While the residents of the island are proud of their ancient culture, they are also willing to accept new things. During holidays, the streets and lanes are always filled with local bands dancing and singing wildly. You will never feel lonely in Ibiza. The always-boiling cafes spread the aroma throughout the streets of Corfu. Open-air concerts are also a good place to go when night falls.
