Article 9 If any behavior of using public funds to travel abroad (overseas) that occurs in this region, this department, this system or this unit is not stopped or investigated and dealt with, causing adverse effects or economic losses, a demerit or a major demerit will be given; if the circumstances are more serious, , be given the sanction of demotion or dismissal; if the circumstances are serious, be given the sanction of expulsion. Article 10 Anyone who uses public funds to travel abroad shall be ordered to refund and compensate all expenses paid with public funds. Article 11 The procedures for disciplinary action and appeals against disciplinary action shall be in accordance with the "Administrative Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Civil Service Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Punishment of Civil Servants of Administrative Agencies" and other relevant laws and regulations. regulations.
