I. Basic information

Donggang city Zhangdao Village is located in the Yellow Sea in the southwest of Dandong City, Liaoning Province. Nearly70,000 mu of shallow sea beach around Zhangdao is rich in pure natural wild seafood, which also provides a vast world for tourists to fish, the sea and pick up shellfish. On the island of Fiona Fang 1.2 square kilometers, there are many kinds of wild vegetables naturally, which are completely pollution-free green foods and are deeply loved by city people. Picking wild vegetables on the island has become a must for tourists to come to the island for a spring outing. With the construction of a large-scale tourism industry pattern by Dandong Municipal Government, the central position of Zhangdao Village as a coastal tourism product will be further revealed, and its external radiation function will play an important role in stimulating the economy of the surrounding areas of Dandong. In recent years, with the strong support of national, provincial, municipal, county and other relevant departments, Zhangdao Village has done a lot of basic work to improve the service facilities and service capacity of scenic spots in accordance with the development idea of "planning, unified management, rational development and sustainable utilization". Strictly implement national security laws and regulations, establish and improve public security prevention and control institutions, and implement security responsibilities to people; Set up eye-catching safety signs and put fire prevention equipment in each hotel to ensure the safety of tourists. Strict implementation of national health laws and regulations, food hygiene in line with national regulations, catering services equipped with disinfection facilities, do not use tableware that causes environmental pollution. Residues and wastes must be specially collected, stored and treated, and shall not be discharged or discarded at will. According to the relevant indexes in the Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water GB5749—2006, the sanitation of drinking water was determined. At present, there are professional environmental protection garden teams 10 people in the scenic spot, equipped with 2 garbage trucks, more than 200 trash cans, a garbage incineration plant and a sewage treatment plant. Garbage sorting has been started, and environmental protection undertakes environmental sanitation cleaning and garbage sewage removal in the area and residential area to realize daily garbage collection. Public * * * places are clean and tidy, garbage bins are arranged reasonably and handled in time; The toilet is set reasonably, the ground is free of dirt, sewage and peculiar smell, and there has been no environmental pollution in recent 3 years. Comprehensive management and safe production are the guarantee of Zhang Dao's economic development, especially the safety of tourist passenger transport. Every year, the number of tourists and migrant workers visiting Zhangdao is huge and the composition is complex. Zhangdao village is far from land, and the border police force is limited. The village committee, relying on its own maintenance and management, set up a public security office to patrol the whole island. Every year, migrant workers in the village are registered and hotels are inspected regularly. So far, there has not been a criminal case in this village, which has effectively maintained the social order in Zhangdao Village.

Third, the main results achieved

In recent years, the healthy development of rural tourism in Zhangdao Village has strongly promoted the adjustment of fishery industrial structure, made traditional fishery gradually develop in the direction of sightseeing agriculture, ecological agriculture and leisure agriculture, and promoted the process of new rural construction and sustainable development of collective economy. The village develops leisure agriculture in an all-round way around the theme of characteristic leisure ecology demonstration. Promotion has changed from product promotion to marketing, and tourism development has changed from focusing on hardware construction to paying equal attention to both software and hardware, which has promoted the simultaneous development of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits: since 20 13, the number of tourists in Zhangdao has increased by more than 30% every year, and it has received 200,000 tourists in just 20 18, driving the employment population of surrounding farmers to nearly 10,000. The development of rural tourism has greatly promoted the development of rural economy. At the same time, it will meet the tourism consumption needs of residents in big cities, form a strong sea breeze for the people and the surrounding areas, promote the income of agriculture and farmers, and lead and drive the leap-forward development of local leisure agriculture and tourism economy. The green mountains and green waters of Ruyi Island are becoming the Jinshan Yinshan where people get rich.
