(1) Beijing government agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions official vehicles.

Stop driving one day a week (0:00-24:00) according to the tail number of the license plate, and the restricted range is all sections in Beijing.

② Other motor vehicles (cars of Beijing residents and private enterprises)

According to the tail number, the time limit is 7:00-20:00, and the limit range is all roads within the Fifth Ring Road (excluding the Fifth Ring Road).

① Passenger car:

1. The fifth ring road and the roads within the fifth ring road are forbidden to drive on weekdays from 7: 00 to 9: 00 and17: 00 to 20: 00.

2.? From 9: 00 to 17: 00 on working days, it is necessary to comply with the city's tail number restrictions. The tail number is the same as that of Beijing licensed vehicles, and the restricted range is the Fifth Ring Road and the roads within it.

Special reminder: passenger cars with foreign household registration driving within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding) in Beijing, as well as passenger cars with foreign household registration driving to Tongzhou District (excluding the main road in expressway) and roads in some areas of Changping, Huairou and Yanqing, need to apply for a Beijing permit.

② Truck:

1. From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) are prohibited.

2. From 0: 00 to 6: 00 every day, foreign licensed trucks (except trucks carrying fresh agricultural products) that enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) must apply for a Beijing permit.

The following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures:

(1) Police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles;

(2) Electric buses, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and buses, Beijing B-section number-plate taxis (excluding rental vehicles), minibuses, special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operation certificates issued by the municipal transportation management department, and unit buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department;

(three) administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for removing obstacles that spray uniform signs and perform official duties;

(four) special vehicles for sanitation, gardens and road maintenance, and funeral vehicles for funeral homes;

(five) vehicles with the prefix number plate and vehicles allowed to enter the country temporarily;

(6) Pure electric passenger cars (motor-driven passenger cars with rechargeable batteries as the only power source).
