Specific Arrangements for Cross-Strait Travel in the Cross-Strait Agreement on Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan
Based on Article 2 of this Agreement, the specific arrangements are agreed as follows:
1. The tourism quota of the receiving party shall be limited to an average of 3,000 people per day. The party organizing the group will make arrangements based on market demand. In the second year, both parties can make adjustments through negotiation based on the circumstances.
2. Each tour group is limited to more than ten people and less than forty people.
3. The tour group’s stay in Taiwan shall not exceed ten days starting from the day after entry.
4. Tourism to Taiwan will be officially implemented from July 18th, and the first group tour to Taiwan will be launched on July 4th.
