The composition of traveling to Xi 'an is badly needed! ! !

At the end of this summer vacation, there were three of us, my elder sister-in-law and my uncle went to Xi 'an. We went for six days, and the plane arrived in Xi 'an at 6: 30 pm on the 23rd, 10: 30. When we arrived in Xi 'an, we stayed with relatives in Xi 'an, and the next day we began to travel in Xi 'an.

Xi 'an is a thousand-year-old ancient capital, in which the Western Zhou Dynasty, the Qin Dynasty, the Western Han Dynasty and the Tang Dynasty were the heyday in Xi 'an history. Xi has a large number of historical and cultural landscapes. There is the "eighth wonder of the world"-Qin Terracotta Warriors Museum.

Let's talk about the mausoleum of Qin Shihuang first! According to the tour guide, the mausoleum of Qin Shihuang was built by Qin Shihuang with more than 700,000 craftsmen in 38 years. It is the largest imperial mausoleum in China, listed in the World Heritage List and a cultural heritage shared by people all over the world. The great first emperor reigned for twelve years and was buried in the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang after his death. He was the emperor who unified the six countries, so he was called the first emperor.

Terracotta Warriors and Horses are the burial pits of Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum, located about 1 km and a half east of Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum. They were discovered in 1974, which is one of the most important archaeological discoveries in the contemporary era. We first came to the museum. Inside, the first thing we saw was a pair of animals that looked like geese, like birds, but not birds. The tour guide said that they were the pets of Qin Shihuang, and the king of Qin liked them very much, so he had a pair carved in bronze and put them in the mausoleum, followed by two carriages. The first carriage was used to clear the way, and the second carriage was used to entertain Qin Shihuang and his nobles. There were pottery figurines, weapons and sports. Others are not very rare, but they are also colorful.

Then we visited the excavated tomb of Terracotta Warriors. The No.1 pit was discovered by local farmers while digging wells. After drilling, No.2 pit and No.3 pit were discovered successively, of which No.1 pit is the largest, with an area of 14260 square meters. There are pottery figurines in it, about 1.8 meters high, which are divided into generals, warriors and chariots. There is a fourth pit, but there is nothing in it.

After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, we went to Huaqing Pool in the afternoon. Huaqingchi is located at the northern foot of Lishan Mountain in Lintong District, Xi, 30 kilometers east of Xi. It is widely known because of the legends of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and Yang Guifei. In fact, Huaqing Pool has a very long history. As early as the Western Zhou Dynasty, Zhou Youwang lived here, and Qin Shihuang and Liang Wudi also built palaces here. In the Tang Dynasty, the buildings were more extensive, especially the palaces, pavilions and pavilions built during the Tianbao period of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty were more luxurious and officially renamed as "Huaqing Palace". There are several hot springs in Huaqingchi. The temperature of the hot spring is over 40 degrees. There is a place in the cave to iron the feet for tourists. We are tired of visiting and have a rest there. It is very comfortable after ironing. It's already 6 o'clock in the evening after visiting Huaqing Pool, so I have to walk to the station to end the day's visit.

After visiting these two scenic spots, I learned about the greatness of China's history. After a day's rest, I went to the Huangdi Mausoleum again. More than 4000 years ago, our ancestors cultivated in the Yellow River and Yangtze River basins. The legendary Yellow Emperor was the tribal leader at that time. It is said that the Yellow Emperor is a descendant of Xiong. He can speak at birth and distinguish right from wrong after a few years. China people thought the child was a god, so they named him Huangdi. Entering the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, the first thing I saw was a big cypress tree, very tall, with a rectangular slate beside it, which read: The Yellow Emperor planted cypress himself. I can't help but be speechless; Day; Hand-planted cypress trees don't know how to plant them! Then, we came to a temple with a sign saying: "ancestor of mankind". Go in and have a look. A large flat bluestone in the middle is engraved with a man, namely the Yellow Emperor. There are also dragons, white tigers, suzaku and Xuanwu, and bronzes such as knives, forks and swords are engraved on all sides. Go on to the back of the temple, there is a pavilion. There is a leaking dome on the roof, and the ground is square. The photographer said it was called a round place. We took some photos here and learned some stories about the Yellow Emperor, so we left Huangling in a hurry and returned to Xi 'an.

In Xi 'an, we visited Shaanxi History Museum, Famen Temple and Wild Goose Pagoda. Although I am very tired by car every day, I am still very excited, because I have learned about the history of China and many historical relics.

Time to go. I hate to leave Xi. Sitting on the plane, I have been thinking about things these days, and I am really happy. This trip made me feel the beauty and long history and culture of my motherland.

What a nice trip!
