Huangla Village is located 4 kilometers northeast of Longchang Town. It has jurisdiction over the villages in Wanshui Town in the east, Longchang Village in the west, Leigong Village and huashan village Village in the south and Le Bang Village in the north. The village committee is named after Huangla, where Miao and Han people live together.
