Creative background:

In the seventh year of Shenzong Yuanfeng (1084), Su Shi was demoted from Huangzhou to Ruzhou Tuanlian Deputy Envoy. When he went to Ruzhou, he passed through Jiujiang. I traveled to Mount Lu with my friend Ginsengliao. The magnificent mountains and rivers triggered great thoughts, so he wrote several travel poems about Mount Lu. "Tixi Linbi" is a summary after visiting Lushan Mountain. According to the Records of Mr. Dongpo written by Shi Su of the Southern Song Dynasty, this poem was written in May of the seventh year of Yuanfeng.

Author's achievements:

Su Shi was the leader who presided over the literary world of the Northern Song Dynasty after Ouyang Xiu. He enjoyed a huge reputation among the writers at that time.
