Application Procedures

(2) Submit the originals of the applicant’s resident ID card and household registration book for inspection, and submit copies. Applicants under 16 years old only need to submit the household registration book.

(4) The travel group leader’s application for certificates and endorsements shall be submitted to the exit and entry administration department of the public security bureau in the place where the tour group is located by the tour group organization where the tour group is located, and the official letter issued by the tour group organization and the tour guide to Taiwan shall be submitted for verification certificate. For applications from other places, the approval authority shall send a letter to the public security authority in the place where the household registration is located to verify the relevant circumstances and then handle the application.
