What problems exist in the development and management of scenic spots? What should we pay attention to in the development and management of scenic spots? Beijing Greenway Landscape Planning and Design Institute believes that with the improvement of people's economic and living standards, the development of tourism has been continuously upgraded, and traditional sightseeing tourism is transforming into leisure and vacation tourism. Leisure tourism currently accounts for 62% of the world tourism market - people Not only attaching importance to "sightseeing", but also paying more attention to leisure and vacation. Faced with this situation, many scenic spots, especially sightseeing scenic spots, are facing the dilemma of stagnant tourist growth and declining economic benefits.
How can tourist attractions recover through secondary development? How to seize development opportunities, improve planning quality, and enhance tourism taste? This is a problem we have to face. This article mainly discusses the upgrading of tourist attractions from a planning perspective. Transformation of sightseeing scenic spots 1. Sightseeing and leisure With the development of my country's tourism industry, various forms of tourism have emerged, and the following two are the most typical, and have given rise to two common scenic spots.
First, sightseeing travel corresponds to sightseeing scenic spots. Second, leisure and vacation tourism - which is growing with the upgrading of the tourism industry, corresponds to leisure and vacation scenic spots. The so-called sightseeing scenic spots are based on the unique ornamental value of the geology, landforms, hydrology and other natural environments such as mountains, rivers, valleys, overlapping waters, canyons, and lakes, as well as the unique ornamental value of cultural landscapes such as gardens and buildings, forming a landscape foundation and relying on the above resources. The attraction of tourism in the entire region is to create an attractive core for the development of tourism in the entire region. At present, most scenic spots in our country are still relatively simple tourist attractions.
The so-called leisure resort is a comprehensive tourist attraction integrating sightseeing, sightseeing, leisure, entertainment and vacation. This kind of scenic spot is based on sightseeing, and on this basis combines the creation of certain tourist-attractive products, situational participation and interaction to form a core attraction. In response to different positionings, such scenic spots can develop in-depth in certain aspects and form more subdivided forms, such as theme parks with the ultimate development of entertainment experience links. 2. Problems in tourist attractions. Due to historical and practical reasons, traditional tourist attractions are no longer able to meet the current tourism industry system upgrade and tourist needs. The main manifestations are:
(1) Lack of unified planning, The layout is unreasonable. Due to the rapid development of traditional sightseeing scenic spots with beautiful natural environment and good location advantages, there is a lack of unified planning and design, and a lack of unified construction standards. With the further development of scenic spots, some problems that cannot be ignored have also emerged, such as reception Capacity is overloaded and there are few tourism projects that can be developed, which requires planning and upgrading of traditional tourist attractions. For example, the Hailar Dam Back Scenic Area is a scenic spot developed for the natural scenery on both sides of the Lal River. It is about one kilometer away from the urban area of ??Hailar. It has mountains, water, trees and grass, and is favored by tourists, especially locals. However, within the area of ??about 4 square kilometers in the scenic area, more than a dozen yurts or tourist spots of varying sizes have been built. Due to self-selection of sites, low-level construction, and lack of planning, the layout of the scenic spots is very confusing.
(2) Development lags behind. The development of some traditional tourist attractions lags behind and cannot meet the needs of the development of the times. For a long period of time, tourists have been keen on sightseeing around. "Sleep on the bus, pee on the bus, take pictures when you get to the scenic spots, and don't know anything when you go home." After experiencing several tiring trips, people began to calm down. , start choosing leisure vacation travel. According to expert analysis, sightseeing tourism will give way to leisure and vacation tourism in the 21st century. In the current world tourism market composition, leisure tourism accounts for 62%. Although China is in the initial stage of leisure vacation tourism, it will soon enter the "golden age".
At present, the contradiction between the poor services and cramped reception facilities in the scenic spots and the hot market is highlighted. Some tourist attractions only have a small number of simple restaurants and hotels, which are all the same, lack local characteristics, have poor sanitary conditions, and have high prices. Small merchants and hawkers set up stalls at will, and the goods they sell are of low quality. There are almost no leisure and entertainment facilities, making it difficult to retain guests. The lack of supporting facilities will hinder its transformation into a leisure resort.
(3) Tourism products are single and project settings are lacking. Traditional tourist attractions have a single tourism product, lack high-end tourism products with international standards, and have not formed an international brand. At the same time, there is a lack of tourism project settings, lack of interactivity and situational experience and participation of tourists. Sightseeing scenic spots have seriously insufficient in-depth development and exploration of tourism products. The products and services are single, the level of development and construction is low, the taste is not high, lack of depth and breadth, the tourism facilities are outdated and backward, the tourism projects are single and boring, and there is a lack of a group of high-tech, high-tech, A participatory and entertaining tourism product.
While investing in and constructing tourism projects, there is a lack of scientific demonstration, failure to highlight cultural characteristics, and failure to organically combine and coordinate the cultural landscape with local history, physical geography, and customs. Many major scenic spots are mediocre products produced using conventional thinking. They have no tourism appeal and cannot form an iconic tourism brand. They cannot show unique characteristics and strong personal charm, resulting in a pale and blurry image of the entire scenic spot.
In fact, only when tourism resources are connected with culture can they be dynamic and rooted. Take Disneyland as an example. Disneyland is a man-made theme park that is popular all over the world. The most important reason for its success is that it is based on American culture. American culture itself is a strong culture and is still strengthening.
Chinese culture is more extensive and profound, but our exploration of culture is far from enough. Most of it only stays at the level of appearance rendering. Tourism income mainly relies on tickets and venue rental, and the comprehensive benefits are low.
(4) Lack of human-centered design concept. In traditional tourist attractions, they only focus on "sightseeing" and ignore the concept of humanistic service, which is difficult to adapt to the development of my country's tourism. Dr. Lin Feng, dean of Green Vision, proposed that tourism design and planning must be people-centered.
