What should tourism cultivate?

First, we have deepened our understanding of star-rated tourist attractions. The star sign of tourist attractions is a symbol of taste, image, price and service quality, which can directly reflect the hardware implementation and software service level of tourist attractions. The purpose of star rating of tourist attractions is to strengthen the management of tourist attractions, improve the service quality of tourist attractions, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tourist attractions and tourists, and promote the development, utilization and environmental protection of tourist resources in China. 2. Strengthen the knowledge structure of scenic spot management. At present, most of the knowledge I have about scenic spot management is theoretical knowledge in textbooks, and my practical experience is still relatively small and my knowledge structure is not reasonable enough. Through this training course, I exchanged learning experience and learned management knowledge and experience from experts and professors, and my knowledge reserve was strengthened again. 3. Understand the important role of tourist attractions service, further improve the tourist attractions service system such as information, consulting service, complaint handling, emergency response, emergency rescue, travel insurance, promote the construction of tourist consultation centers and tourist distribution centers, standardize the road, scenic spots and other facilities identification systems and scenic spot interpretation systems, enhance the service capacity of tourist attractions, and improve the service level of tourist attractions. 4.
