1. Opening hours:

Tickets will be closed at 8:30- 17:00, and within the scenic area 16:00.

2. Ticket collection place:

Arrival and payment: in the personal ticketing window of 1-6 in the scenic spot, you can pick up the ticket and enter the park by paying with QR code or auxiliary code.

Online payment: online payment. After the payment is successful, brush the QR code directly at the ticket gate of the scenic spot to enter the park (if you have not received the QR code, please show the order number to the scenic spot 1-6 window to exchange tickets for entering the park).

3. Admission certificate:

Online payment directly swipes the card to enter the park, and the scenic spot pays for the tickets to enter the park.

2. If you need to refund your ticket, please download or log in to the same travel client before 15:30 pm the day before the play date to apply for refund (partial refund is not supported). After submitting the application, Tongcheng Tourism will refund your payment account within 7- 15 working days. Please note (there is no handling fee for this service).

Special reminder: In case of irresistible factors such as rain and snow, tickets for Happy Theater in the pass will not be refunded or exchanged. If you have any questions, please call the scenic spot.

7. Tips:

A. Friendly reminder: scalping is strictly prohibited by the official of the scenic spot. Please don't trust soliciting in parking lots and other doors. It is risky to get tickets informally. Please go directly to the ticket office of the ticket gate in the scenic spot to buy the same journey discount ticket.
