Nanping Town Shantou Zhengcun Tourism

Shantouzheng Village in Nanping Township is located in Tiantai County, Taizhou City, where you can feel the rich culture of Jiangnan water town. Everything is dreamy and exciting, and all the scenery is really charming, with mysterious breath and charm.

Cuiping Mountain in Nanping Township is 694.3 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains on all sides, and the middle section is flat. There is a Cuiping Waterfall, which flies down like a dragon jumping out of the water.

Nanping is as proud as a peacock. Cuiping Temple is located at the foot of Tiantai Mountain in the south of Kowloon, surrounded by Jiu Feng Ring Arch, Ge Xuan Pit and Longxu Pit. The scenery is quiet and looks like a peacock with a screen window from a distance. Cuidong Village rises and falls in the cascading mountains, far away from the ends of the earth, boasting about each other and standing alone outside the ends of the earth. It's really picturesque, and people walk in it. This is the beautiful Cuidong Village in Nanping Township.

Although the scenery here is beautiful, it is isolated from the world, with inconvenient transportation and backward economy. This is an extremely contradictory question. People in the village said that in the whole village, young people are now going out to work, and those who stay in the mountains are all old people, and some houses have become empty doors. Nowadays, the economic tide is covering the whole of China, and so is it here. When the spring breeze blows, sadness remains cold.

But as soon as people left, the house fell down. As long as the roots are there and the heart is there, the home will be built.

At noon, we got off at Cuidong, had lunch in Nanhuang, and then went to Shantouzheng Village in Nanping to visit the ancient village. Our host is the new second secretary in the village. The new secretary is very young, so it is polite to see us. When we come, we will explain the purpose of our visit. He said that the old secretary was familiar with everything in the village and he had the most say, so he called the old secretary.

After a while, the old secretary put on his coat, buttoned it while walking, and said with a smile, "Welcome to Shantou Zhengcun!" " This is a kind old man, over seventy years old, full of energy and articulate. He is a walking textbook of the history of this village.

According to the old secretary, Zhengcun Village in Shantou is located in Nanping Township, 26 kilometers away from the county seat, with Nanhuang Highway 1 km. It began in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the late Qing Dynasty and modern times. It has a history of 1000 years, and has been the center of Nanshan District for a long time. It is called "little shanghai".

The beauty of terraced fields in Zhengcun is mainly reflected in its large scale and many levels. There are more than 10,000 terraces here, covering an area of nearly 10,000 mu, which is the largest terrace in eastern Zhejiang.

Walking into the village entrance, an ancient camphor tree came into view. That was over a thousand years ago. Its leaves are dense, like a big umbrella, cool and refreshing. There are some aunts and grandmothers selling tea eggs and mineral water sitting under the tree.

In front of the tree is an ancient stone arch bridge, which records the history of Cang Sang. He looks like a weather-beaten old man with a sad face.

Along the bluestone path, there are countless ancient maples and camphor trees along the way. A century-old towering tree shades the sun, and a thousand-year-old camphor tree floats with the wind. Intoxicating spring scenery is like oil painting. Climbing up the stairs, there are vicissitudes of stone roads, stone arch bridges and stone corridors.

There are many shops on both sides of the street, thousands of meters long and few people. According to the volunteers in the street, it was once called "little shanghai". I can't imagine what the so-called "little shanghai" looks like, and the scenery is so withered. Perhaps social reform and change have taken away and affected everything here.

The old secretary said that there are thousands of ancient trees, more than a dozen Ming and Qing quadrangles, more than a dozen century-old houses and thousands of meters of old streets in the village. There are more than ten small houses on the fourth floor of Zheng Renshan's former residence (former district office), former district post office, former district police station and Tingquan Building.

These houses are ingenious in design, exquisite in materials, exquisite in architecture and numerous in number. They are life museums in the Republic of China.

Up to now, there are two street buildings, Tongdeli Teahouse and Tongde Primary School, which stand out from the crowd.

Walking through the old street, turn into a house called Tingquan Building, which tells the story of a man named Zheng who was an official in the Republic of China. Moreover, in this village, there is an intermediate judge and a senior judge, who are the pride of Nanping.

It is said that the original owner of the post office was a court president during the Republic of China. His home is a three-in-one courtyard with a combination of Chinese and western styles. It is exquisitely designed and has a unique style, which combines many Suzhou gardens and western elements. Now there are only precious quotations from Chairman Mao left on the wall.

During the Republic of China, Renshan's former residence installed and used running water, clear glass windows, watchtowers and other security facilities. After liberation, his house can still bear the office space of Nanshan District Office.

The landlord's house has become the office of the township government and the bank, and there are still rows of houses that have been in disrepair for a long time.

Towering buildings record the prosperity of that era, and now only weak oblique light comes in.

How many people can understand a collapsed house, looking at decay, sadness and tears?

Our media and the whole society have the responsibility to visit the owners of ancient villages, learn more about them, and effectively use the power of the Internet to urge everyone to pay attention to the ancient village culture and protect the remains of ancient villages.

Ancient villages are non-renewable and renewable, so they are not called ancient villages. We should actively promote the ancient village culture with a sense of responsibility.

There are many celebrities and old houses with a long history in Nanping. Some of these old houses have collapsed, and some are on the verge of extinction. I hope you can pay attention to the beautiful scenery of Nanping in spring and the bleak old house at the same time.
