It is located in Qiaolin Township, Dongshan District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of It covers an area of ??more than 2,000 square meters and is shaped like the berth of an ocean-going ship. The bow of the ship is engraved with a plaque of "Anlan Shuiqing" in praise of the great aunt of the sea god. The palace temple is built in the palace style with three entrances. An octagonal drying well is built at the top of the middle hall, which is ventilated, bright and magnificent. The main hall is dedicated to the statue of the ancestral aunt, and beside it are the statues of the maid, the clairvoyant, and the wind ear. The statue of the aunt is both majestic and kind, highlighting the image of the aunt who eliminates violence, eliminates evil and saves the suffering. The temple's beams and columns are carved with exquisite craftsmanship, and the roof of the temple is inlaid with exquisite porcelain. In the right front of the temple, there is a stele pavilion and books for pilgrims to rest in the shade. In front of the book gallery, there are stone inscriptions recording the reconstruction of the stele in the past dynasties. The palace and temple are surrounded by countryside and rivers, with floating light and reflections. The scenery is quiet and famous.
Tianhou Shenggu is the direct sister-in-law of the Qiaolin Qinglin clan. During the Southern Song Dynasty, the sixth generation descendant of the aunt, Taogong (taboo Wenxi), served as the deputy envoy of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Punishment and Prosecution, and visited Chaoshan. Panxi on the bank of Guanrong River is a fertile land, leaving the third son Chong (Taude Gao) Bu to establish a residence and establish Qiaolin Township. The second uncle invited his ancestor's incense from Wangjiang River in Hantou, Pushan County, Fujian Province, and built a temple to worship her. Qiao Lin's ancestors have always respected their aunt, and now more than 100,000 villagers (including overseas Chinese) are also very devout to their aunt. Every time my great-aunt’s birthday comes, she enthusiastically donates money to celebrate. The three natural villages in the township take the village as a unit. On February 21st of every February, the elders will lead the team in formal attire, wave colorful flags, play drums and go to the holy temple to offer incense to the ancestral aunts to the altar. Every household prepares gifts and worships sincerely. A stage was set up in front of the altar, and every village performed pear (play) for three days. In front of the palace, the fire of sandalwood incense became more intense, and he also set up a stage to perform for two days. The township designed four altars and performed 12 plays in three days. After the celebration, a team was also assembled to carry incense to the ancestral aunt into the palace and temple with loud gongs and drums. In order to make the ancestor's incense more prosperous, the villagers also established a Tin Hau Temple governing group, and the members of the group were selected from the three natural villages. In the past ten years, under the active management of the board of directors, the temple affairs of Thean Hau Temple have continued to develop.
In 1995, the site behind the Tin Hau Temple was cleared and the "Tin Hau Garden" was built. The completed Tin Hau Garden has ancient trees, rockeries, fish ponds, pavilions, Liufang Pavilion and imperial corridors. Imperial Corridor - A forest of steles with 46 finely crafted stone inscriptions and gold letters from the emperors of the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties to their aunt. This is rare in the country and is also a major initiative for the descendants of the Lin family to promote the great virtues of their aunt. . To facilitate the vast number of pilgrims, villagers donated land to build a pilgrim parking lot in 2000. Recently, a large stone incense burner worth nearly 10,000 yuan was added. The board of directors also saved unnecessary expenses and used human capital to help the township build junior high schools, build bridges and roads, erect large stone monuments for township boundaries, and set up township boundary road signs, etc., to demonstrate the virtues of ancestral aunts with practical actions. Recently, the council is actively carrying out the application process to list Qiaolin Tianhou Palace as a municipal cultural relic protection unit in Jieyang.
