Chaozhou, the city where the name of the scenic spot is located, traces the history of Chaozhou. Chaozhou, located in the east of Guangdong Province, is a national historical and cultural city, a famous hometown of overseas Chinese and an open tourist city. It is known as the seaside Zou Lu and the famous Linghaizhou. Chaozhou has a long history of organizational system. It has a history of 1600 years since the establishment of Haiyang County in the sixth year of Xianhe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (AD 33 1 year). When the Sui Dynasty withdrew the county and established the state, it was called Chaozhou. Before the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Chaozhou was ruled by counties, counties, prefectures, roads and governments, and was located in the political, economic and cultural center of eastern Guangdong. In the long history, long-term foreign exchanges and the blending of Chinese and western cultures have created local culture and surrounding culture. Kaiyuan Temple Chaozhou was founded in the 26th year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (AD 738). It was originally named Kaiyuan Temple, and it continued to this day after it was changed to Kaiyuan Town Guochan Temple in Ming Dynasty, but it is still commonly known as Kaiyuan Temple. Kaiyuan Temple has undergone more than ten large-scale renovations from Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties to modern times, and its architectural pattern is roughly divided into three parts. Among them, the architecture of the Song Dynasty, represented by the Heavenly King Hall, is worthy of study and observation by the architectural circles at home and abroad. Despite many natural and man-made disasters, it still maintains a solemn style similar to the palace-style architecture of the Tang and Song Dynasties in Dongda Temple in Japan, so it has a reputation as a pearl of ancient architecture art, and there is also an elegant and exquisite red bronze incense burner in the main hall of Guangji Gate. Chaozhou is the most magnificent tower on the ancient government wall. Guangjimen Tower, formerly known as Guangjilou, also known as Hanjiang Tower, commonly known as Dongmen Tower, is the most magnificent of the seven gates of Chaozhou Ancient City. At the same time, it is not only the main symbol of Chaozhou city, but also an important gateway to the north dike of Chaozhou city. Guangji Building was built in the third year of Ming Hongwu (1370). Successive dynasties have maintained it to varying degrees, and it was rebuilt in the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1). The renovation of Guangjimen Gate Tower is based on the design of a palace-style three-story hilltop, which restored the stone and wood structure of the Ming Dynasty. The ground elevation of the first floor is 19.8m, which retains the original functions of defense, flood control and sightseeing of the East Gate Building. Chaozhou Phoenix Island Park, located in Xiashatou of Hanjiang Bridge, was built in 1999. Park landscape is one of the eight scenic spots in Chaozhou, where the phoenix rains. According to legend, in ancient times, the phoenix on Phoenix Mountain yearned for the scenery of three mountains and one water in Chaozhou Fucheng, and often lived and played on this green sand bar in the middle of the river. "Rain in the Phoenix" describes that when the air was fresh that day, tourists looked out on the stage, but they saw the blue sky in Wan Li, the white clouds were long, and the phoenix peaks were far away, stretching continuously and reaching the sky; Close to Jinshan, Hulu Mountain and Bijia Mountain, surrounded by three ancient cities; The river crossing the bridge to the Phoenix Terrace divides into two streams, which is the favorite scene of Egret Island dividing water in Tang poetry. In Chaoshan, The ancient city wall of Chaozhou in 200 1 year, The ancient city wall of Chaozhou seems to have washed away the dust of thousands of years after a dream and gathered up the vicissitudes of life lightly. As a result, the melodies in people's hearts, which are a combination of Fengtai Rain, West Lake Fish Chop and Xiangqiao Spring, have added another note-Riverside Promenade. Stopping by the river, between the gray and green like the Great Wall, what people think is by no means the fast iron horse, the elegy of the ancient country of Jin Ming, Ma Si; Not exactly the Jiangnan sentiment of Liu Qingyan. Perhaps, just a quiet daydream about a small ancient city, at most, it adds a little taste and nostalgia of life charm. Ruoqiang Longqiu Pagoda Chaozhou Longqiu Pagoda is one of the eight scenic spots in Chaozhou. Originally, it refers to a stone pagoda built in Song Dynasty on a small continent near Hanjiang River in the north of Chaozhou. There are lush forests and quiet temples under the tower, which are in harmony with the surrounding scenery and form a wonderful and beautiful scenery. Originally named "Tayuan Weizhou", it was named after the yacht Changxi mooring line. Because there is a "Longqiuquan" next to the tower, it is also called "Longqiuling Tower". Unfortunately, the pagoda collapsed in the Qing Dynasty, and the temple was abandoned. The remaining tower foundation was later washed away by the flood. Now, instead of this scene, there is an antique "Phoenix Tower" on the bank of the Han River. "Phoenix Tower" is a proverb in Chaozhou, the first lane of Wanli: "Kyoto Palace is chaozhou people's home". Chaozhou ancient dwellings are well preserved in China at present. In the old streets and lanes of "Yi, Zao, Yi, Xing, Jia, Jia, Shi, Gu, Zheng and An" which constitute the framework of Chaozhou ancient city, old residences and folk houses with Ming and Qing styles can be seen everywhere. Among these ten lanes, the first lane is a centralized, well-preserved and well-restored one. Folk houses are one of the cultural landscapes that can best reflect the characteristics of the region and the times.
