Day 1: From Xi 'an to Pingliang (bad road conditions in Tianshui), Pingliang at noon, Tuodong Mountain (on the ropeway and under the bus), and staying overnight in Longde County (good and cheap food).

The next day: Longde County passed Lanzhou, walked around the Yellow River, ate a bowl of Lamian Noodles and went to Xining. Live in Xining at night and visit the night market.

Day 3: From Xining to Qinghai Lake, then to Chaka Salt Lake (the most beautiful evening) in the afternoon, then back to Heima River, and walk about ten kilometers north to live in a farmhouse. The houses in Chaka Salt Lake are tense and expensive.
