According to the "Reply of Dali Prefecture People's Government on the Establishment Plan of Dali Tourism Group", Dali Prefecture People's Government granted the tourism group Canger the right to formulate the tourism routes, prices and promotions. The exclusive right to operate large cruise ships in Erhai Lake; Unify the publicity and promotion rights of tourism brands and routes in Dali Canger Scenic Area; Set up a settlement center to implement the unified settlement right of tourism consumption in Canger and Er.

The company is organized and standardized according to the requirements of modern enterprise system, and has established a standardized corporate governance institution, a board of directors and a board of supervisors.
