At this end of Toledo, the huge double-headed eagle emblem on the gate is the symbol of Carlos I, Spain's most brilliant king, and there is another symbol above the gate of Pisa Gramen, Toledo's main entrance.

Catedral Cathedral was built from 1227 to 1493, and its interior decoration was completed in18th century. The church was built on the site of a Muslim mosque. The main building is Gothic style, and it is also a huge building complex with diverse architectural artistic styles. It is the residence of the Archbishop of Spain.

The cathedral and the 22 small churches around it are the most luxurious part of the whole church. The great altar of the cathedral and the round hole at the top of the altar are very distinctive. Five groups of colored pine carvings reflecting the life of Jesus occupied the whole wall of the altar. It adopted the French Gothic architectural form rarely used in Spanish churches at that time, and the Spanish Gothic artistic style was fully reflected in church buildings.

Our trip is to visit the appearance of the church.

Local church

There is a big pool at the entrance of the visitor center in front of the cathedral, which is full of bronze sculptures. I don't know what it means, but the water is green, reflecting the white cathedral and green trees, which feels special.

In the square between the cathedral and the city hall, there are many tourists coming and going. It's not easy to take a solid color picture of a cathedral or a city hall, and time is not allowed.

The children in the square are very cute. They will use Chinese "Hello!" Greet you and show goodwill; Let you feel the enthusiasm and friendliness of the Spanish.

Go through the church and city hall and walk to the ancient Roman block.

An alley, a balcony, a door and window, a signboard and even a manhole cover all spread the information of Roman times.
