Article 1: In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tourism operators and maintain the order of the tourism market, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the "Wuhan Tourism Management Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") and relevant regulations. Article 2 The term "one-day tour" as mentioned in these Measures refers to tourism operations in which units and individuals engaged in tourism business (hereinafter referred to as tourism operators) organize travel groups or individual tourists to conduct sightseeing and tours according to prescribed travel routes. Activity. Article 3: These measures apply to the management of "one-day tours" within the administrative area of ??this city. Article 4 The municipal tourism administrative department and the tourism management agency determined by the district people's government (hereinafter collectively referred to as the tourism administrative department) are responsible for the management of "one-day tours" within their respective administrative regions in accordance with the prescribed authority.

The public security, transportation, public utility, price, taxation, industry and commerce departments and relevant tourism resource authorities should jointly manage "one-day tours" according to their respective responsibilities. Article 5 The municipal tourism administrative department shall strengthen the macro-control and management of the "one-day tour" market, and, in conjunction with the relevant tourism resources departments and other relevant departments, formulate a development plan for the "one-day tour" tourism industry in accordance with the city's overall plan. When the personal or property safety of tourists is threatened or infringed upon, the tourism administrative department shall work with the public security department to deal with it in a timely manner.

Article 13 Violations of the relevant provisions of these Measures shall be dealt with by the tourism administrative department and other relevant departments in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations; if a crime is constituted, the violation shall be submitted to the judicial authorities for criminal liability in accordance with the law.
