Do you know any places in Sansha City in China?
The blue, deep blue and emerald waters stretch over 2 million square kilometers.
On the green and dotted islands and reefs, tropical plants are lush.
white, soft white sand beaches separate the land from the sea.
Looking up, birds pass by, and looking down, you can see the red crab Blackstone.
If you look into the deep sea, colorful corals, dancing algae and colorful fish schools have their own wonderful features.
This is Sansha, China, which has jurisdiction over Xisha and Nansha, and is in charge of the islands and reefs of Xisha Islands, zhongsha islands (Xisha District) and Nansha Islands (Nansha District) and their sea areas. It is the coastal defense outpost in southern Xinjiang.
All along, this place is only open to China people. Ordinary tourists can climb the Xisha Islands, watch the sunrise on Shidao, pick up shells on Yagong Island, watch the dragon pit on Yinyu Island and catch crabs on Quanfu Island.
Sansha is full of treasures.
According to statistics, Sansha seabed is rich in minerals, and the storage of "combustible ice" is about 19.4 billion cubic meters. The potential of oil and gas resources is more than 7 billion tons, including 29.2 billion tons of oil and 58 trillion cubic meters of natural gas ... The deuteron energy in Xisha sea area alone is equivalent to the power generation of a 25,-kilowatt power station for 75 billion years.
There are more than 1, birds in the sea area, about 2, species of fish, and precious aquatic products such as pearls, conchs and sea cucumbers, with a potential catch of nearly 2 million tons ...
As I write here, a social animal who can only work in the office for 996 has left tears on her lips.
these are all great rivers and mountains in my family.
However, there are always one or two people who like to get involved in other people's family affairs.
On July 13th, the State Council issued a statement rejecting China's claim to sovereignty over a specific area in the South China Sea.
I can't help thinking that when our navy was conducting military exercises in the Xisha Islands at the beginning of the month, the United States also sent two aircraft carriers, Reagan and Nimitz, to the South China Sea to join in the fun. The carrier aircraft didn't stop for 24 hours, and even came to Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force for a joint training.
It's like I'm exercising in my own house. You come across the Pacific Ocean to show off a wave of muscles at my door, and you complain first, "It's him, undermining the stability of the situation!"
My mother has a more simple view on this matter: a thief calls for a thief.
My little nephew directly recited a text:
"The Xisha Islands are a group of islands in the South China Sea, and they are China's coastal defense outposts. It is a lovely place with beautiful scenery and rich products. "
"The rich Xisha Islands are the places where our ancestors grew up. With the development of the motherland's construction, the lovely Xisha Islands will surely become more beautiful and richer. "
The Xisha Islands are China's inherent territory, and there is no dispute. China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea are inviolable.
Even elementary school students know common sense, but Sister Dan is not BB.
I want to tell a secret and great story that happened and is happening on the southern tip of China, a blue sea stretching over 2 million square kilometers and dotted with more than 2 islands and reefs.

On January 12, 1974, People's Daily published a statement condemning the South Vietnamese Saigon authorities' repeated attacks on China's sovereignty over the South China Sea for several years.
At that time, the Vietnam War had come to an end. Before withdrawing its troops, the United States transferred nearly 1 large and small ships to South Vietnam. The Saigon authorities, who were losing ground at home, felt that they were holding "heavy naval forces" and their mentality was bursting.
On January 15th, the South Vietnamese navy sent the destroyer Ly Th??ng Ki?t to invade the waters of Yongle Islands in Xisha, driving away fishing boats and injuring our fishermen. On the 17th and 18th, it sent more Chen Qingyu, Chen Pingzhong and Nu Tao to occupy Ganquan Island and Treasure Island, in an attempt to use it as a stronghold to continue to occupy other islands.
"Ly Th??ng Ki?t" destroyer
At that time, China was in a special period, and its strategic focus was on the prevention in the north. The main fleets were mostly distributed in the East China Sea and the North China Sea, and little investment was made in the construction of the South China Sea Fleet. All the original four thousand-ton artillery frigates were in disrepair, and they could not go to sea to fight. The ships that could barely sail to the Xisha Islands more than 3 kilometers away were only a few small warships such as hunting submarines and minesweepers.
By comparison, the four warships of the other side have a full displacement of 8,395 tons and are equipped with new weapons such as naval guns and automatic guns. Our 271 "Jinzhou" and 274 "Luzhou" belong to hunting submarines, and 396 and 389 belong to minesweepers. Together, the four warships are not as heavy as a "Chen Pingzhong", and they are equipped with few guns and small caliber.
It's inappropriate to hit the other side. Facing the South Vietnamese navy, we look like a primary school student wearing a red scarf.
however, the issue of sovereignty is not a question of feasibility, but a question of necessity.
On the morning of January 19th, the South Vietnamese navy "Nu Tao" and "Ly Th??ng Ki?t" approached our Chinese patrol ship from the northwest, while "Chen Qingyu" and "Chen Pingzhong" approached the sea from the south of Treasure Island in an attempt to occupy a favorable outside line so as to make a quick decision.
The South China Sea Fleet was also divided into two groups. Two minesweepers, 396 and 389, intercepted the Ly Th??ng Ki?t and the Nu Tao, and the 271 and 271 ships formed into the southeast sea of Guangjin Island to confront the Chen Qingyu and Chen Pingzhong.
at 7: 4, the "Chen Qingyu" sent 23 South Vietnamese soldiers to land on the beach in Chenhang Island. They were forced to retreat by the militia on the island with bayonets and had to withdraw to the ship.
at 7: 49, the "Chen Pingzhong" also sent 21 armed men to board Guangjin Island, and there was a small-scale conflict with the militia on the first island, and two South Vietnamese lieutenants were killed.
At 8: 15, the No.389 ship collided with the Ly Th??ng Ki?t in the confrontation. Because our side always carried out the "three noes" policy of "don't take the initiative to cause trouble, don't shoot the first shot, don't suffer losses", no matter how the South Vietnamese ships provoked the incident, the war never started.
at 9: 4, two shots were suddenly fired on the deck of the "Chen Qingyu". It turned out that a gunner went off, and the muzzle was urgently zeroed to show no hostility.
it's confusing.
at p>1: 22, after the recovery of the warship units that had failed to land on the island, the South Vietnamese navy suddenly changed its face and launched a battle formation to attack our warship formation.
although our ship is light in tonnage and few in artillery, it is relatively flexible, suitable for quick attack, entering the dead angle of enemy ship's artillery shooting and attacking its communication command and fire control system, which is more beneficial in melee. If South Vietnam wants to give full play to the advantages of long-range large-caliber guns, the distance between the two armies should be as far as possible.
Therefore, after the fighting started, a magical landscape appeared-Chinese small ships ran after South Vietnamese big ships.
In the panic, 274 ships were identified as the "command center" and suffered from more than 4 shells. However, the distance between the two armies has been shortened from 2 meters at the time of the war to dozens of meters, and our advantage of high firepower density is reflected.
at p>1: 35, the ammunition depot and steering gear of our 389 ship were hit successively in the struggle with the enemy ship. At the last minute, the out-of-control 389 ship tried its best to collide with the "Nu Tao".
In this docking battle, the sailors on the 389 ship grabbed all kinds of light weapons and "hand-to-hand combat" with the South Vietnamese troops on the "Nu Tao". In the end, the "Nu Tao" was beaten in a mess and even the captain was killed.
after the "nu Tao" lost power, the 396 ship began to turn south to support the 271st formation. At the same time, the 271st formation also concentrated fire on the communication command and fire system of the "Chen Qingyu", and the cabin of the "Chen Qingyu" was hit, so it had to retreat under the cover of "Chen Pingzhong".
Some people may be curious. What about the Ly Th??ng Ki?t, which fought with the Raging Tide?
It turned out that shortly after the war, the Ly Th??ng Ki?t was hit by its own friendly ship, and it was "returned to the factory for maintenance" before it entered the stage. When it came back to the stage in an attempt to rescue the Nu Tao, China's reinforced boats 281 and 282 also entered the war zone and launched shelling on the Nu Tao. At 14: 52, the Nu Tao ammunition depot was detonated and sank to the bottom of the sea.
In fact, as early as the day before, boats 281 and 282 had arrived in Yongxing Island, but the radio communication was turned off after the ships landed, and it was not until the morning of 19th that the reinforcements were ordered by the superiors.
there is a saying that turning off the radio station after landing is to save fuel.
however, we still won the self-defense counterattack.
in the Xisha naval battle, we recovered the occupied Ganquan Island, Coral Island and Treasure Island at the cost of seriously injuring No.389 and slightly injuring No.274 and No.396, killing 18 people and injuring 67 others.
Since then, there has been no war in Xisha for more than 4 years.

In 1988, entrusted by UNESCO, China wanted to build an ocean observatory in Nansha Islands. Subsequently, our navy began to set up a post on the reef controlled by Nansha Islands.
if there is no land, put the house on the sea-with steel as the "cornerstone", bamboo as the pillar, bamboo mat as the wall and asphalt as the roof, a 1-square-meter house will be built.
of course, the most important "decoration" is a five-star red flag.
Everyday life is in this small room. It is sultry and mosquito-proof. The most worrying supply is that Yongshu Reef has no fresh water. Sometimes, when the typhoon catches up, the supply boat fails to arrive. The cabin is hit by huge waves, and the officers and men guarding the reef have to pick up the rain to purify it themselves.
This is the forefront of the battle. They have to keep their spirits up to guard against the invading enemy. Fighters sometimes even fly over the roof, and warships and armed fishing boats approach for reconnaissance from time to time.
Despite loneliness, illness and fear, the first generation of reef keepers stuck to the front line of southern Xinjiang and became a symbol of China's sovereignty.
The officers and men guarding the reef live in the second generation of high-rise houses
Now, the Yongshu Reef, which used to stand for only two people, has become a Yongshu Island with a permanent land area of 2.8 square kilometers, and there are hospitals, airports, vegetable fields and stadiums. Is this the ingenuity of nature?
no, it's called land reclamation.
The so-called land reclamation is similar to land reclamation, and the ocean is turned into land by artificial means.
For Nansha, the most important thing in shoals is sea sand. However, it is very inefficient to move so much sea sand with shovels and grab buckets like ants. The most economical and effective way is to fill the shoals around the reef plate in Nansha.
Put a big pump on the sand dredger, and blow the sand and water from the seabed into the target circle together, and wait for the seawater to flow out, leaving the sand piled up in the circle.
land reclamation project in Vietnam
In order to meet the normal life of our officers and men stationed on the island and the residents on the island, the land reclamation project has only one word, fast.
The vanguard who can "make land overnight" acts like a pea shooter, and is named "The Whale".
during the operation, the Celestial Whale directly used a reamer with a power of up to 42kw to dig up the coral reef rocks nearby, and sucked out the mixture of sea sand and seawater at a speed of 4,5 cubic meters per hour, and then discharged it to the farthest distance of 6, meters through the pipeline, which can blow up more than 1, cubic meters of sea sand every day.
it can work normally even in the face of 8-level sea breeze.
As soon as the Celestial Whale comes out, a football field can be filled out at sea in an hour.
In p>219, another land reclamation soldier "Tiankun" came out. Compared with its predecessor, Tiankun has more powerful skills and a "smarter brain"-it can calculate the soil and calculate the tidal water level, is driven by electricity, and also reduces the environmental burden.
Mechanical monsters quietly filled the sea in the South China Sea. In just a few years, Yongshu Reef "blew" Yongshu Island, Chigua Reef "blew" Chigua Island and mischief reef "blew" Meiji Island.
There are not only airstrips, but also hospitals, lighthouses, weather stations and scientific research institutes. With the enthusiasm of infrastructure fanatics, the officers and men guarding the island have lived in spacious and comfortable reef castles. They can watch TV and blow air conditioners to guard our southern Xinjiang waters with peace of mind.

In 213, Xisha Islands officially opened for tourism.
The pure sea, the blue sky, the mysterious land and the underwater world full of business all open their arms to us.
and all this, thanks to the officers and men stationed on the island.
Compared with the beautiful and rich natural environment in Sansha, the officers and men stationed on the island lead a different life.
The climate in Sansha has three highs: high temperature, high salinity and high humidity.
The first gift I received when I was stationed here was "Xisha Black" from the scorching sun and the sea breeze.
They are greeted by water shortage and food shortage.
Earlier, the saline-alkali content in Sansha land exceeded the standard, and food crops and plants could not survive. Vegetables were shipped by supply, while fruits were a luxury.
once, a soldier went out to market and brought back 1 watermelons without buying anything.
He ate eight watermelons in one breath and stood in a daze with a round belly.
someone asked him, can he still eat after eating so many watermelons?
he said, no, save the stomach to eat the remaining two melons at night.
However, growing vegetables is a national talent of China people.
Because of the lack of soil, everyone who goes home to visit relatives must bring back 15 kilograms of soil from his hometown and put it in the greenhouse on the island. In this way, slowly, with vegetables, vitamins can be self-sufficient.
There is no fresh water on Yongxing Island. In many cases, only female soldiers can take a bath, while male soldiers want to take a bath and have to wait for rain.
Therefore, there is the only rain squad in the whole army, which is responsible for collecting, purifying and supplying water for the island residents.
Different from other people in the army, Rainwater Class likes rain. Whenever it rains, one squad leader and four soldiers in the class will happily run to the airport. Yongxing Island Airport and apron are specially designed with a radian of five thousandths, so that when it rains, rainwater will flow into the water storage pit, and after a series of operations such as precipitation, filtration and disinfection, it will reach the national drinking water standard.
With the gradual maturity of sand control experience in China, more than 1,5 kilograms of vegetables can be grown on half an acre of land after technical improvement, and the rest of the land can be used for planting flowers and trees.
in the 199s, Yang Dezhi, then chief of the general staff of the China People's Liberation Army, planted a coconut tree in the courtyard of the Xisha Navy Guest House when he visited the troops in the future. Since then, it has been a rule to plant a coconut tree by a general, which is called the "General Forest". Now, more than 1,4 coconut trees have been planted.

Today's Jiangjunlin
Yongxing Island has also changed from a sandbar to an oasis.
In Sansha today, the first school has been built, the post office has been opened, and the Internet has been connected. Residents on the island can also buy new gadgets through online shopping.
On the busy Beijing road, cold drinks shops and barber shops are opened, and seasonal fruits and popular snacks can also be bought in small supermarkets.
Every day, when the five-star red flag rises in front of Sansha People's Government Square, a peaceful and quiet day begins.
Fishermen cast fishing nets, children carried schoolbags, and a childish voice rang out in the classroom:
Blue sky, green coconut. Gold Coast, Yinhaisha, ask my family, what's its name? My family name is Zhonghua.
The colorful Sansha is my home. It's a beautiful Chinese painting. I love Sansha, I love home, and I love my motherland, Greater China.
epilogue
There is an article "The Rich Xisha Islands" in the primary school Chinese textbook. Until now, I can still remember the description of the Xisha Islands in the original text:
Xisha.
