Brief introduction to the plot of the decisive battle in Los Angeles

The Battle of Los Angeles tells the story of aliens invading the earth. Like many similar films, the film began with a gorgeous coat with a real history. In 1942, a large number of UFOs appeared over Los Angeles, and the American army was in a state of war, and quickly fired hundreds of anti-aircraft guns, but nothing was shot down. This incident really existed. Jonathan Liebesman, the director, made use of the topic to set these UFOs as alien troops who came to investigate and prepare for a full-scale invasion. In 211, a full-scale invasion was launched, and Los Angeles quickly became a battlefield. The American troops who were caught off guard decided to make an emergency evacuation and throw weapons of mass destruction (which should be nuclear bombs) to make the whole city and the occupying forces mutually perish.

From the plot point of view, the film only pieced together popular commercial elements, and there is nothing brilliant about it. However, in the released film, Jonathan, who has never cooked a big scene, showed a good ability to combine long-range and close-range views. The macro scene of alien invasion of Los Angeles was very epic. A large number of alien spacecraft broke through the earth's atmosphere like heavenly soldiers, and American armed helicopters also pressed against the enemy in large numbers, but they soon fell behind under the intensive fire of aliens. This scene with passionate and tense soundtrack makes the overall effect completely reach the level of Independence Day. Although the traces of imitation are still very serious, there are many characteristics of the new era in lens processing.

After more than a minute of macro description of the big battlefield, the camera focused on the marines who were on the verge of death. Under the leadership of the protagonist played by Allen Eckhardt, they went deep into the city occupied by the alien infantry (which did not appear in Independence Day). After some encounters, several soldiers were scattered. Until this time, the appearance of the aliens has never been announced. It seems that they have been shyly putting some cold shots in the dark. The soldiers who were alone became the prey of aliens in extreme tension. In this shot, the alien's vague figure appeared in the background, which at first felt very much like the exotic alien in District 9. The description of this plot is very similar to Black Hawk Landing, in which a large number of hand-held cameras follow in the third person to create a strong sense of the scene, and the plot of a small group of American soldiers defending against invading foreign enemies at home is reminiscent of the best-selling game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

After the film ended, it was followed by a few minutes' edited trailer of the big war scene. The alien air force and the US military launched a full-scale exchange of fire, and all kinds of blasting scenes shocked one by one. Finally, when the title of the film appeared, the fans on the scene burst into screaming (however, every film released today basically had this effect).
