So what is the mission of Shenzhou 14 space group? What is the relationship between this flight and the construction of China Space Station? When will the space station in China be completed?

Shenzhou series belongs to the name of China manned spaceship. To put it more popularly, Shenzhou 5 is a means of transportation. The means of transportation can be carriages, cars, motorcycles and bicycles on land, ships on rivers, lakes and oceans, and planes in the sky. In order to go into space, we are called spaceships.

Shenzhou 14 manned flight, just like Liu Yang and Cai Cong took the Shenzhou 14 spacecraft and went to the space "Tianhe" core module built by China, a space station in the universe. Shenzhou 14 spacecraft transported the three of them to the "Tianhe" core cabin, even if the historical mission was completed. In the future, people who come to space by spaceship from Chinese mainland will be called Shenzhou 14 or Shenzhou 15.

On April 29th, 2002/KLOC-0, China Wenchang, the Long March V carrier rocket carried the first module of China Space Station-Tianhe core module, and traveled in space.

Tianhe core module is the main module of the space station, which realizes the control and management of the assembly. With a total length of 16.6m, a maximum diameter of 4.2m and a take-off mass of 22.5t, it is the largest and most complex spacecraft independently developed in China. Tianhe core cabin is like the main body and foundation of a building complex, on which the space station can be built.

As the largest spacecraft in human history, the space station represents the most comprehensive, complex, advanced and comprehensive scientific and technological achievements in the space field and is one of the important manifestations of a country's space strength.

Tianhe core module is already in orbit. In the future, it will be based on Tianhe core module and docked with Meng Tian experimental module and Tianzhen experimental module, thus completing the basic construction of China Space Station.

So, what will these three astronauts do when they arrive at the core cabin of Tianhe?

It is reported that the three astronauts of Shenzhou XIV will work and live in orbit for six months. Their main tasks are: to cooperate with the rendezvous, docking and transposition of the space shuttle, the dream spacecraft and the core spacecraft to complete the on-orbit assembly and construction of the China Space Station; Complete the installation and debugging of equipment inside and outside the space station and facilities related to space application tasks.
